Located in the heart of downtown Cabo, this complex is directly on the marina and is just steps to the sand. This remodeled private unit is the best kept secret in Cabo. Unit 106 was purchased last year and everything was replaced.

This unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stair or by elevator.
This suite boasts a California King size bed, 65" TV, a fully equipped kitchen, private AC unit, BBQ on the patio, beach chairs, a walk-in shower, private WIFI, the list goes on

I consider Cabo home and am always available before, during and after your stay for any questions you may have about Cabo or the surrounding areas.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our couple nights in the marina area! Clean and comfortable. The bed is quite literally THE most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in our lives. The location is prime to navigate the local area, despite the many hills! The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were an amazing touch. The recommendations provided for dining were great as well as the transportation recommendation.

Central to everything

We flew in to dive for 3 days. Landons place was central to everywhere we needed to be. It was clean, check in was a breeze and it had everything we needed. Landon provided all the information we needed and even helped out when we left something behind. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Spot

First the little condo was super clean! And it is the best location! A minute walk to the beach, you walk right out and you’re in the marina with every food option and all are amazing. The location was so fun, met locals, live music around the corner and anything you would want to do! The view from the deck isn’t much, but it’s large and we really were not there very much. I will say the bed was unbelievably comfortable and the pillows too! Would definitely stay again, a little gem in the marina!!

Beautiful Cabo

The property was very nice and the location was perfect. Being right off the marina gives you great access to wonderful restaurants, bars, the beach, and it is easily accessible to downtown. The property has all the needed amenities and was clean and cute. Landon was amazing to work with and answered all the questions we needed. He provided tons of information about the area and put us in contact with some people in the area to assist in our stay and transportation. It was both of our birthdays and Landon even reached out to tell us Happy Birthday. The trip was great and we look forward to returning soon.

Excellent location!

They say that location is everything and this condo definitely checks that box. We enjoyed being right on the marina, near good restaurants, and a short walk to Medano beach. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The listing pictures match the condition of the condo, always a plus! The only 2 issues we encountered were with the AC unit and bathroom shower. The AC unit is mounted right above the bed and began to leak over our heads during the 1st night. We notified the staff and they quickly responded by helping us move the bed towards the middle of the room. The AC did work, but continued leaking. This is something that definitely needs to be fixed! The other issue was the shower, specifically the showerhead needs to be replaced. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a clean, safe, and central location.

Amazing location and unit

The property was easy to get to, extremely central to the marina and beach. The front desk was very helpful checking is in, The views are incredible from around the property tons of restaurants tons of entertainment amazing nightlife. Definitely a hidden gem in the marina or Cabos in Lucas as a whole. I would 100% go back to this place and it’s a steal for the nightly rate everything around there was $250-$500
