Quick Family Trip

This was one of the easiest reservation process ever. They were in great communication with me prior to arriving and even during the stay. The condo was clean and held the 6 in our group just fine. The property and parking was nice and clean as well. Will definitely stay again.

You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful experience staying at Thousand Hills. Beautiful space with plenty of room for two couples. The condos are central to theaters, restaurants, and other attractions.

Great place to stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this condo. The property was very clean and comfortable and plenty of space for the 6 of us. We were not able to get the air conditioner to work in the back sunroom area, but we managed fine without it.

Branson trip

Enjoyed our stay , the only problem was the elevator was not close to our unit and some of us have trouble walking. The unit was very spacious and beautifully decorated and comfortable beds

Family getaway

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was extremely clean and well represented in the pictures. My only complaint would be that the kitchen was missing some essentials like an oven mitt and spatula. Otherwise the games in the condo gave us some entertainment between our excursions. We will stay there again.

Great time , only problem water pressure was very poor. Bring your own frying pans only one very old and small frying pan. We bought a nice pan at Walmart. Otherwise great Condo. LeRoy

Nice Place - Check in could be better

The Good - Nice condo in a great location Plenty of room and has two foldout beds Very clean Plenty of parking The Bad - The check in process is annoying. You have to go to the clubhouse and sign paperwork before you can get your check in code. This is a time sucker especially with a car full of kids. TVs need updated, one modern tv out of 4. Overall a pretty nice place and we would stay again.

Television

This condo has updates and in excellent condition. Living and dining accommodations are comfortable, as well as, the beds. My wife and I spend most of our time out and about while in Branson and do not spend much time in front of the TV. However, when we do spend time watching news, weather and local happenings in Branson it would be nice to have a little larger screen, especially in the living room. Otherwise, great condo!

Peaceful & Relaxing

I loved this property overall. It was a haven after the stress of driving the strip and the steep hills and curves that I'm not accustomed to. I always looked forward to returning at the end of the day. It was very clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. Only one complaint was by the time we wanted to visit the pool my key did not work. It was towards the end of our stay and I didn't even report it. But overall I was very satisfied.

Comfortable condo close to everything

Nice place, with the nice furnishings. Needs the TVs updated (really small and outdated) and carpets cleaned. We were concerned about the all season room. Floors cracking up and settling down along with other wall crack. Given repairs being made outside to stairway structure, made us wonder about the rooms structural integrity. Need a structural engineer to inspect and repair.

Pleasant stay.

Enjoyed stay but had few problems. There were not enough bathroom washcloths and towels. The master bath was nicely remodeled but should have had a taller stool. Kitchen was disappointment as no spatula or cooking spoons. There was plenty pepper but no salt or other condiments. Could have used more utensils to avoid having to do dishes so often. Five in our party but only 4 chairs at dining table causing need to carrying in one from sunroom.

Property is NOT maintained to decent levels. Broken tile in 2nd bathroom where grout is missing to the point of cutting my toe on sharp edges. Can see the subfloor due to so much missing grout. Floors were dirty in all areas, sunroom was so hot no way you could go out there. Ceiling fan in living room was making loud noised and vibrating to the point I thought it might fall down. No remote control provided for master bedroom TV, so could not use that TV. Called twice to request remote, but no one ever came over despite the desk telling us they would. Dryer would only function on one setting, timed drying would not work. Stairs leading up to condo were not kept up well and were slick after rain. Checked out day after arrival due to poor conditions and came back home. Despite calling front desk and conveying all of this, I continued to received communications from them for tickets or other things. Very poor communication on their part and demonstrates a lack organizational competence. I am out over $1100 for a one night stay. Would not stay here again. I would like to add that my wife and I have stayed in Branson every year for 15 years now, and have never experienced a location that was this bad. This is the first time we have ever left early. Would not stay here again for sure.

declne from last year

We stayed at this very same condo last year and LOVED IT!. It appears to have had some hard hits over the last year form some bad renters. Although it was still nice it was not at same level as last year. The sunroom area had a bad draft, and we could not warm it up to play our cards out there on the card table. They table was scuffed up some and they had different chairs than last year and what is still in the pictures. The dining room table only had 3 chairs for a table that would seat 6. Last year they at least had 4 chairs. There were scuff marks on the wall pretty bad in a few places. The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom needs some adjustment or changed out as well. Easy fixes and it would be back up to the excellent condition it was in last year.
