New SPA!! Gorgeous updated House & Guest House on 1/2 acre in downtown Dripping Springs! Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, & famous downtown Mercer Street! House is a 2 beds (1 king, 1 queen), 1 bath (tub/shower) & Guest House is 1 bed (1 king, twin bunk beds), 1 bath (shower). All of the amenities of home, including a fully furnished kitchen, games, a massive DVD library, wifi and YouTube TV, outdoor grill, & plenty of parking right in town. Only a short 30 min from the Austin Airport, you can get to Fredericksburg, San Antonio, and Marble Falls within an hour.

Main house: 2 beds (1 king, 1 queen), 1 bath (tub/shower), fully stocked kitchen, 4 person dining, large living room with sectional couch, laundry, and patio with grill.

Guest house: 1 bed (1 king, twin bunk beds), 1 bath (shower), stocked kitchenette with under counter refrigerator and microwave, small sofa, 2 person dining, and patio.

We had a wonderful stay at Bluff Cottage. It was clean, super comfortable and close to everything. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Allowed early check in, which was great. Easy to access. Close to downtown. The cottage was great! The main house had a little bit of a musty smell. The house is for sale, and there was plumber in the house when we got there, so that was a bit confusing. A heads up on that would have been helpful.

We had a fantastic girls’ weekend here for my 40th birthday! The property was spotless, the location was amazing, and the hot tub and super-comfy beds were the cherry on top.When we first arrived, the main house had a pretty strong odor — but to the owner’s credit, he responded quickly and generously refunded us for the first night without us even asking. After running all the faucets and leaving the windows open overnight, the smell completely resolved by morning.By that point, though, we were all happily settled into the guest house which ended up being the unexpected highlight of the trip! It felt like a giant slumber party, and we made some amazing memories there.Overall, a great stay and a very responsive host. We’d absolutely come back!

The property has a mainhouse with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living and kitchen area. It's renovated and well appointed. There is a guesthouse included in your rental (accessible through the backyard) which is amazing for extra space you might need during your stay. The house is located on a quiet street, but so close to amenities. Would definitely stay here again. We travel with our dog and the large, fenced yard, was a huge perk.

Wedding weekend

First off the communication with the host was amazing! The property was super clean and the best spot in town. We walked to get coffee and lunch. We felt very safe and loved that it was on a dead end road. We got a surprise when we got there and saw they up graded back yard, which we used a lot. Our kids LOVED their own space in the guest house too. Loved our trip and we will be back!

Weekend trip

Our family of 7 (myself, husband, 9 year old, 12 year old, in-laws and 1 dog), enjoyed our stay in Dripping. The accommodations worked perfectly for our size group so that everyone had their own room/space. The property is in a great location with easy drives or even walks to stores, restaurants and breweries or wineries. Home was well-stocked with paper products, laundry detergent, etc. Colt and Lauren were great with communication from booking to departure. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute House, Fabulous Location

This little house is super cute, well appointed, and in a very convenient location. Although just two blocks off of Highway 290, we didn’t hear traffic noise. It was very quiet, very safe. My husband and I enjoyed our weeklong stay, walked the neighborhood every morning, and had breakfast at Thyme and Dough. I highly recommend this rental if you’re in the area.

Great location! Well-kept home in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything about this property is easy - easy to get to, easy to get around, easy check-in, easy walk to great breakfast, and the house has all the basic amenitities. We've actually stayed in this rental twice and plan to return.

Comfortable house in a great location

The house was super comfortable. Had a great yard for our dog. It was a wonderful location for walking into downtown Dripping Springs. Several restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Hwy 290 to head into Austin. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and would love to stay there again!
