This 6 bedrooms 6 bathrooms by Disney Villa is made to impress. 5 en-suite bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a full bathroom right outside the door makes it all perfect. Relax in our themed rooms with pool and hot tub. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and of course enjoy home cooked meals in this nice full kitchen. Game area with pool table and racing game. Access to beach volleyball and basketball courts. This Villa is close all the parks, shopping malls and restaurants.
Managed by Plus Vacation Homes Accommodation staff speaks: Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and English.

** POOL SPA HEATING - WEST FACING POOL There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We advice to inform us 48 hours prior for arrangements.

**PET POLICY Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. This house features a game room inside the living area. The garage is not available as it is turned into a deposit (not connected to the house). There is no Movie Room feature in this house.

** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

I loved it

It was so amazing I had to book an extra day it felt some homey and I would recommend to anybody looking for an amazing relaxing setting . I loved every room really had their own bathrooms I love how spacious the house was . 10/10 recommended!

Nice place. Great for kids.

Had a few minor issues ( satellite was out, hot tub wasn't working properly, smoke alarms kept going off) but all were eventually addressed. I would recommend or possibly even rent again.

We recently stayed at this unit for daughter 11 birthday, i was very pleased that it was less the 20 minutes away for h20 water park and it allowed small parties must of the other units didn't allow so it was plus in my book amazing 6/6 I would try to book it again in the future

It was a great experience. We stayed at 320 Beautiful Villa for 4 nights and it was awesome The house is very clean and they have the things you need. The location of the house was very convenient , and the neighbourhood was very safe. We really enjoyed out stay. We will come back again.... Thank you.

Great location for visiting Disney

Housekeeping issues were addressed quickly. Owner very responsive. Pool takes over 8 hrs to heat, take that into account when paying for this amenity.

Get family home

Great family home. Property very clean the host responded very quickly. Lots of space. Made me feel right at home. Only down part about the stay was the traffic to get in to subdivision and the WiFi didn't work. But overall I enjoyed my stay would book with the host again.

Property was very nice. Plenty of room. Pool and Spa were enjoyed by everyone. Mattress in King upstairs and queen at top of stairs probably need to be replaced. Also, need a mat at sliding door to pool to dry feet and avoid slipping.

Fit for a large group

My family and I had a great time at this property and are already talking about returning. The kitchen had all the necessities needed for cooking. The property was clean. We opted to have the pool heated and loved the pool temperature. We were pleasantly surprised to have a bathroom in each room upstairs. Communication was great and response time was fast. Definitely recommend this property for a large group.

Overall the property was great and suited our needs for our stay in Orlando. Check in and communication with the property managers was simple and easy. Our property switched 2 days before check in but the property managers got us in a bigger home with a game room, so everyone enjoyed. Only real complaint is the neighborhood gate system. We were provided a QR code to scan at the gate. It didn’t seem to work, for any guest in any house in that neighborhood for a majority of the time there. This has nothing to do with the house or the property management. The neighborhood HOA and security needs to fix this.

Lovely property close to Disney

I would stay here again with a large group. Our stay was very good. The house was clean and very convenient to the Disney World Resort (traffic at times could be heavy). The online listing didn't mention that shoes were not allowed upstairs - that is a big deal for my family as we have folks with Achilles issues and Plantar Fasciitis who cannot go without shoes. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans which was a plus. (I don't think they show in the photos) The bedroom/bathroom combos were as pictured and described. Our only notes are a few of the rooms' mattresses are in need of replacement, some of the furniture was worn (but that didn't affect function), and the only issue we had is the upstairs toilets DO NOT flush well (our biggest complaint). One sink upstairs didn't drain well; we notified the host who responded quickly, but maintenance never showed to fix the problem. Some things to note - driveways hold only 2 cars, and you WILL be ticketed for blocking street/sidewalks. Coffee maker in kitchen (if you don't like Keurig) is only a 5-cup maker - a little inefficient for large groups. Towels provided are professionally cleaned but pretty small/thin. Kitchen is sufficient for basic cooking, but could use more mixing bowls and non-stick cooking utensils. Coming and going from the complex is a little wonky and inefficient. You have to show your drivers license and check in with a security guard via camera/speaker each time you enter. Finally a guard entered the names and the dates of our stay into their notes so that a couple of people in our party didn't have to constantly go through the hassle of waiting for the guard to acknowledge them. I felt the host was very responsive - though the complex staff didn't follow through. We did not use the pool or hot tub, so cannot speak to those. A few folks in our group enjoyed the video games downstairs, but since everything is tile, it echoes quite a bit/is very loud. Overall, our entire group (comprised of 19-75 year olds) was very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. There are a few minor inconveniences, but they are not so great that I would give a bad review.

Wonderful villa. Great location

Just returned from our stay at Pendant court . House was beautiful and the location was ideal for getting to the theme parks . Would definitely recommend this villa and can’t wait to return

Communication could be better

We had a great stay but communication could have been better. The listing online shows it's located in the main neighborhood across the street next to clubhouse/water park when it's really across the street in a mini subdivision. There is no access to the clubhouse & water park through this rental, which was also disappointing. We requested 3 pack and plays and the host never got back to me so we packed our own just to find out they did deliver them. We requested the pool be heated to 94 and paid extra for this. They heated the pool to 104 and didn't answer until after 9 or 10pm to lower the temperature. They sent checkout instructions 10pm the night before we were leaving, would have been nice to have these sooner. Anytime I reached out it just took several hours to get a response, just communication could have been better overall. Other wise the house is pretty good - good location for Disney vacation
