Air conditioning: yes, in the bedroom and the open mezzanine.



Kitchen equipment: cooker with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner set.



Multimedia equipment: television (DTT), high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.



Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), charcoal barbecue.



Garden/terrace: the house has a terrace with a table, chairs and parasol for your meals or to relax in peace.



Linen: household linen is provided.



Associated services: the necessary for the first breakfast is provided. Possibility, for an additional charge, to have housekeeping and cooking services (to be discussed directly on site).



Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
