KBM Resorts is proud to represent this beautifully remodeled Boulder Creek vacation Townhome. Tucked quietly away from Deer Valley Drive, the location is only 1 mile from Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and Park City's Historic Main Street, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and towns historic charm.

This inviting 1,833-square-foot retreat is ideal for families, offering ample accommodations with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably sleeping six guests in beds. The Townhome's layout is designed for relaxation and convenience, beginning with the comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Bedroom 1- Located on the second level, features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Located on the lower level, also offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub setup.

Bedroom 3: Located on the lower level, has two double beds, and there is an additional guest half-bath on the main level.

Living Area: After a day of hiking, golfing, biking, or skiing/boarding, unwind in the cozy living room beneath cathedral ceilings, surrounded by warm wood finishes. Relax on the sofa by the Gas Fireplace with a good book or enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen smart television. For a more peaceful retreat, you can soak in your private hot tub and enjoy the Winter scenery. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is designed with luxury in mind, offering modern appliances, dishes, flatware, bakeware, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Enjoy your favorite BBQ meal located on the quiet deck with full outdoor seating.

Parking: This Townhome also offers convenient amenities such as a private garage for one car, with additional parking available on the driveway.

Location: The home is located directly on the route of the FREE city-wide Shuttle bus, making it easy to access Park City's many shops, restaurants, art galleries, and entertainment.

Air Conditioning: While this home doesn't have central air conditioning, stay comfortable by opening windows at night to let in the cool mountain air. Close them and the blinds before sunrise to keep the house cool throughout the day.

Laundry: A full size washer and dryer with a starter supply of laundry detergent makes it easy for long term rentals.

Perfect Deer Valley Getaway

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo off Deer Valley Drive. Wonderfully organized space with lovely furnishings and easy access to Deer Valley/ Park City , and the surrounding areas of Midway, Heber, and Sundance. Comfortable place to come back home to after our adventures, and the water pressure in the master bath shower was amazing! KBM Resorts was very communicative and easy to work with - can’t wait till next year’s visit! Thanks!

Highly recommend to anybody.
