KBM Resorts is proud to represent this beautifully remodeled Boulder Creek vacation Townhome. Tucked quietly away from Deer Valley Drive, the location is only 1 mile from Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and Park City's Historic Main Street, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and towns historic charm.

This inviting 1,833-square-foot retreat is ideal for families, offering ample accommodations with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably sleeping six guests in beds. The Townhome's layout is designed for relaxation and convenience, beginning with the comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Bedroom 1- Located on the second level, features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Located on the lower level, also offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub setup.

Bedroom 3: Located on the lower level, has two double beds, and there is an additional guest half-bath on the main level.

Living Area: After a day of hiking, golfing, biking, or skiing/boarding, unwind in the cozy living room beneath cathedral ceilings, surrounded by warm wood finishes. Relax on the sofa by the Gas Fireplace with a good book or enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen smart television. For a more peaceful retreat, you can soak in your private hot tub and enjoy the Winter scenery. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is designed with luxury in mind, offering modern appliances, dishes, flatware, bakeware, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Nice place , the beds were very comfortable with stocked bathrooms for necessities. I would like to offer some constructive feedback. We own a beach VRBO in the Florida panhandle . We also have a property management company that assists all of our rentals . Because I’m familiar with what is needed in a rental home I’d like to offer some feedback . The kitchen in the unit we just stayed in was very disappointing. We had to purchase a frying pan ( only one small one in unit) we purchased 2 cookie sheets ( none provided) no mixing spoons , serving utensils, measuring cups , measuring spoons or mixing bowls . We purchased a spatula, and several serving spoons . To sum it up , knowing what guests use when staying for a visit , this kitchen was very under stocked . Excellent location for skiing Deer Valley and Park City

This is a very nice unit despite the surprising amount of noise from the next door neighbors. The driveway and street were cleared of the frequent, significant amount of snow exceptionally well - we never had an issue driving or walking to the bus. Everything functioned well but getting heat to the lower level bedrooms without cooking the upper levels was tricky. We were a tad surprised that the placemats were dirty.

Perfect for skiing at Deer Valley

My wife & I, along with another family of 4, stayed here for what we thought were four of the best ski days of the season so far. Property was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and bathroom towels (but only one dish towel and dish cloth), this condo was prefect for skiing at Deer Valley (the parking lot is ~3/4 mile away). Quality appliances, with bedrooms situated downstairs/upstairs (3-floor property),. Property manager (Rebecca) was readily available and responsive. Jacuzzi on lower floor worked well and was a welcome relief after long days on the slopes. All in all a good option inj a great location.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR DEER VALLEY

My wife & I, along with another family of 4, stayed here for what we thought were four of the best ski days of the season so far. Property was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and bathroom towels (but only one dish towel and dish cloth), this condo was prefect for skiing at Deer Valley (the parking lot is ~3/4 mile away). Quality appliances, with bedrooms situated downstairs/upstairs (3-floor property),. Property manager was available and responsive. Jacuzzi on lower floor worked well and was a welcome relief after long days on the slopes. A couple of maintenance/cleanliness issues: 1) The largest issue was with the dishwasher; which would never finish running (rinsing) unless you literally turned power to it off (leaving water standing in the bottom of the dishwasher - it never drains). 2) The drain in the upstairs bathroom tub was crazy slow (nothing worse than taking a shower in 3" of water after the first minute). 3) The entire condo was very dusty when we arrived. 4) It did not look like the carpet in the main living room had been vacuumed before we arrived (as evidenced by finding a used small halogen insertable prong lightbulb on the floor when somebody stepped on it). All in all a good option inj a great location.

Layout is somewhat unique with loft but great place, pretty well appointed and very close to main street and the ski resorts, especially Deer Valley.

Even better than described

The place was perfect for our family. Great kitchen Two bedrooms on lower level and one on upper level. Only thing that could have been better is having a bigger bed in upper bedroom. Master is on lower. Management team was also great. Communicated well and responded quickly to any questions.
