This property is available for up to 4 people for a minimum stay of 3 nights, except during school vacation periods when weekly rentals apply.

Upon signing the contract, a 40% deposit will be required to secure the reservation.
The balance of the rental fee is due 3 weeks before your arrival, along with a security deposit of 500 € by check.

The security deposit will be refunded upon your departure after a final inspection of the property has been conducted.

A cleaning fee of 40 € will also be charged.

For adults over 18, the tourist tax is payable according to current rates.
