Azura, a beautiful flat with a breathtaking sea view, located between the sea and the mountains and entirely renovated in 2020, will be the ideal pied-à-terre for your holidays.

5 minutes from Bastia, with immediate access to the beach at the foot of the residence, it has all the necessary comforts: 2 beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, linen provided, wifi and a large terrace to relax and admire the sunrise and the sea in complete peace facing the island of Elba.

Accommodation
Located on the 5th floor with lift, this beautiful flat of 70 m² crossing from East to West is composed as follows:

- A bright, tastefully decorated living room with a comfortable TV lounge area and a dining table.
- A large terrace of 30 m² facing east will allow you to have your meals, aperitifs or other coffee breaks while enjoying the superb view of the sea and in the evening you can have dinner in a subdued atmosphere while admiring the illuminated boats.
- A separate, functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A loggia with washing machine and dryer, as well as a small terrace facing west.
- A first bedroom with a King Size 180 bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds that can be merged (please specify when booking if you want a double bed).
- A large bathroom equipped with an Italian shower and a large double washbasin.
- Separate toilet.

The terrace, the living room and the 2 bedrooms overlook the sea. The kitchen, shower room and loggia overlook the mountain.

A private and secure parking (barrier with code) in the residence allows to park day and night at the foot of the building.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is very quiet, with a good range of local shops. A bakery, pastry shop, ice cream parlour and delicatessen is located opposite the residence. A mini-market, a pharmacy, a bakery, a newsagent, a grocery shop, in Pietranera, at 10 min by foot or 2 min by car.

Bastia town centre is 6 minutes away by car.

Activities
Access to the private beach at the foot of the residence, many other beaches nearby on foot or by car.

Transport
From Bastia airport, 2 possible routes: via T11 (30-35 min drive) or via the Route des Marines de Borgo (40 min). The train line from Bastia allows you to cross Corsica.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Conciergerie du Cap Corse (concierge / housekeeping service).

The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
