In the heart of the Nantes wine region, near Clisson, Le Village de Gîtes du Moulin Neuf offers 11 self-catering vacation rentals available year-round. Located on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise, the cottages enjoy an exceptional natural setting in a former weavers’ village featuring a fulling mill, just 30 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou.

With its riverside garden, the “Thibaude” cottage can accommodate 4 to 6 people.

The first floor features an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, a fridge with freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, dishwasher), and a living-dining room with a dining area and a pull-out sofa (sleeps 2).

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, shower stall, and sink.

The garden is equipped with a barbecue and a rustic wooden table.

From the parking lot, access to the cottage and the river is via a small footpath (no vehicle access).
Swimming is prohibited in the river (municipal ordinance).
