My family had a wonderful, relaxing, fantastic vacation at this beautiful mountain home! It is the perfect place for a family to stay and just enjoy being together. Beautiful, perfect conditions, plenty of bedrooms and baths, great open floor plan, warm and cozy fireplace, awesome views from large windows overlooking the white mountains. We had the best time!

NH Vacation

We had an awesome time at this house. It suited our needs perfectly as it has three levels, one for each family. We loved the location, close to Story Land and Santa’s Village. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby; we also went to a brewery and a distillery. The neighborhood beach area was a big hit with the little ones and the grandparents as well. The house had everything you’d need, and it was a clean and comfortable space. The hosts were terrific. We will be back!!

Very spacious, plenty of room for all 10 of us without feeling crowded. Clean and well equipped. Beautiful sunrises from the porch and living areas. Our week's weather was really hot- found two air conditioners wasn't enough to keep whole house cooled. Plenty of fans to keep air circulating though. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Terrific Stay

The home was clean and exactly as pictured, with beautiful views. It was very comfortable for our whole family—grandparents, a teen, and young kids. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Fabulous!

This property is wonderful. We stayed there over new years, 2 families of 4 with kiddos aged 6-12. When I walked in the view through the back wall of windows made the stress melt away! The layout of this home is great! Second floor has 2 queen beds with a 3/4 bath, 1st floor king master with full en suite and the basement has the extra living room the king & 2 twin beds bedroom with a 1/2 bath and laundry. The large dining table was clutch for meals and games. Having 2 living rooms was lovely and the fire was so cozy and great for warming boots after a day at attitash! The kitchen has a pressure/cooker crock pot and plenty of pots and pans as well as dishes. Check in and out was super easy. The location is great. We will absolutely book again for both winter and summer vacations!

Leaf peeping & star gazing!

Plenty of room & a gorgeous location for our group of 4 couples on a fall “leaf peeping” trip! The big deck out back was our favorite part and we enjoyed star gazing from it at night. Overall, the house was clean & well-supplied, but some of the bed linens/towels & the fire pit need a refresh/replacement. The owners were super responsive and helpful when we encountered a couple minor issues.

Attitash Bartlett

Beautiful home with large windows providing panoramic views of the mountains. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the unexpected snow storm that created a winter wonderland. We got to explore the trails in the neighborhood with our snow shoes and came back to a warm inviting fireplace. The gorgeous dining table provided space for all of us to enjoy and gather for meals. If your looking for a picturesque getaway great for adults and children, this is the place to book.

great house for travel with small kids

This house was perfect for our family vacation to the White mountains focused on skiing at Attitash. The house is about five minutes from Attitash, which makes it very convenient. The set up of bedrooms allows for several couples to stay separately, and a basement bedroom has a king size bed, and two twins, which makes it ideal for a family with small children. The living spaces are comfortable and have a beautiful view. Kitchen was well stocked with ample seating.

Another Great Stay

This is the second time staying at this property. The view from the deck is amazing especially during the fall. Linens being included with the rents is a nice perk. We will return again!

Family vacation

My family of 6 stayed here for the week and had a great time, there was more than enough room for everyone, the house had everything you needed and that view! I’m going to miss waking up to that gorgeous view every day! Definitely will want to stay here again!

Loved this place

Beautiful views, super clean, everything you need, overall great space. Only thing I’d suggest is an upgrade on the pillows, which are thick and hard, and sheets (but fortunately I brought my own pillows). Will return for sure!

Just what we needed

A mountain getaway was exactly what my family needed in August of 2020. We travelled from New Jersey to this beautiful mountain home. The views from the back deck were wonderful. Waking up to the morning coming up over the mountains in the back to the star lit nights where you could also grab a star. If nature adventure is what you are looking for. There was no limit to the number of things you could do. From Diana's Bath to cathedral ledge to Echo lake... All this seclusion yet within 15 minutes of beautiful downtown North Conway. Thank you to Bob for the great communication. Any inquiry was met with an immediate reply. Thanks again for allowing us to use your home. Dodd

Wonderful family vacation

This property has everything that you could ask for. Modern amenities, well stocked kitchen, new appliances including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, window ac units and even tubes to use on the river. There was plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out. Very clean sheets and towels was a nice surprise. House was very clean upon arrival. The view from the deck was amazing. Great place to have your morning coffee or a cocktail under the stars. The location of this property was perfect. Close to everything but yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The private beach area on the river was like a hidden gem. Perfect spot for the kids to play and the adults to relax. We had to contact the owners on two occasions and they were readily available and quick to response. It was the perfect getaway. We will be back again for sure!

Family Mountain Getaway

Mountain vacation

The house was clean and beautiful and fully equipped. Check in was easy. Great views of the mountains. Short trip to the river. I was disappointed there was no where to lay and relax outside the house. The water pressure was very low so a shower wasn’t refreshing. The TV in the living room was very small compared to the room which was where we were most of the time. The trash was a real misunderstood problem but the owners took care of it All in all we had a nice time.

This house was everything we were looking for and more! There was enough room for all of us to fit comfortably! The house was very clean. The deck has a beautiful view! We spent many mornings and evenings out there! The river access was easily accessible and plenty of space so it didn’t feel crowded with other people around. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this house! This was our second year renting and looking forward to renting again next year! The owners are extremely nice and very responsive. They even notified us that we could check in early! I Would recommend renting this house to other people!

The most beautiful home I have ever seen including an amazing view

Exceptional! Amazing, lovely, super clean open floor plan home with the perfect fireplace, spacious kitchen, awesome views from every room, plenty of bedrooms and baths all of which were spotless and comfortable. If I could design my own home, I would make it exactly like this lovely house. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Loved it!!!

Great ski country rental!

This property was in a perfect location for multiple downhill, cross country and snowshoe venues. The house was well stocked, extremely clean and cozy. Perfect for two families. We highly recommend the property. Owners were very responsive and check in was a snap!

Great house, great location

A beautiful view off the back deck made this home so restful and enjoyable to be in. Very comfortable beds and couches, nicely-equipped kitchen. Easy to get into N. Conway and to a number of great hiking spots. Hope to come back!

Great place

The house was beautiful! It has a well stocked kitchen, even spices. The refrigerator even has an ice maker. Great neighborhood, close to Storyland. There is a wonderful family restaurant down the road,Joseph’s Spaghetti Shed. Two of the four bedrooms have air conditioners. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Felt like home as we sat in the evening in the playroom and watched tv. Plenty of space for 6 adults! I would give the house Five stars.👏

We were married in North Conway and dreamed of owning a vacation home in Bartlett that we could enjoy with our family and friends. We're thrilled to own this beautiful home built by our friends Kip and Karen LaChapelle who've designed and built several homes in the Valley and the NH Seacoast. We've traveled all over the world and this is our favorite place to rest and relax.

The house is set up perfectly for two families or a multi-generational escape. Two-thirds of our guests each year are returnees. You won't be hounded to write reviews. Just having you come back again is enough for us.
