The living area includes a lounge with an additional sofa bed, television and dining table for 4 guests. A French door opens directly onto a private covered terrace, extended by a small enclosed garden with artificial grass.

The open kitchen makes independent holidays easy: ceramic hob, multifunction microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and washing machine stored in a cupboard.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Maximum occupancy remains limited to 3 guests.

The shower room includes a shower cubicle, vanity unit, electric towel rail and toilet.
