Fabulous & spacious home centrally located to so many attractions, yet giving you the peaceful feeling of nature and all it has to offer. Watch as deer, rabbits and other wildlife travel through the adjoining 32 acres. Sit on the back deck and enjoy looking over to our vineyard. Located 2 blocks from Noccalula Falls Park. Cross the street from our vineyard and hike the 16 acres of hiking trails. Plenty of unique local stores in the area to shop. We are just 2 miles off of I-59, major interstates.

Centrally located to Lake Guntersville and Lake Weiss. Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon are within 25-45 minutes away. Centrally located to Birmingham, Huntsville, Chattanooga, and Atlanta. We have the perfect getaway for whatever your looking for whether it’s adventure, kicking back to relax, or even to write your next song or book. Come and enjoy, we look forward to meeting you.

Lots of space, large fenced in backyard, well stocked kitchen- we had our family Thanksgiving family dinner and completely enjoyed our visit. Noccalula falls is close and a beautiful park.

This is an AMAZING property!!! Everything's is clean and it has plenty of room! The owners were great and let us know how to contact them should we need anything. We had such a great time and are thinking of a return trip next year!

Very nice home

This home is very nice! The ramp made it very nice and convenient for my mother law who uses a walker. The house was clean and very spacious. It is so convenient to restaurants, stores and to the falls. If highly recommended.

Smoke on the Falls Boutwell Trip

It was a wonderful family time and the house and grounds are wonderful. We can't wait to return next year! Our only question had to do with wifi access, some could get on but others were unable. It was most definitely not an issue but thought we might mention it. Zinta was the most accommodating host we have ever had the pleasure of woking with. We loved our time there

Grandma’s 100th Birthday

My family and I flew into Alabama for our grandmother’s hundredth birthday dinner. Not only was the home absolutely beautiful, but the host were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that my family had a great time. I will definitely revisit this home again.

Lovely Vineyard Views

We were very happy with the home. It has one of the best stocked kitchens of any rental we have stayed at. Loved the over sized bean bag. Views of the muscadine vines in the morning was amazing. So close to Noccalula Falls and all the fun things to do in Gadsden but still quiet and serene. Hosts were amazing at answering questions and accommodating any and all requests. If you have babies or toddlers, this home is well equipped for them (pack n play, toddler seats, potty chairs, play mat, books etc.). I especially loved the guest book with all the information about the local area that one could want. I would definitely rent this home for my family again in the future.

GORGEOUS PROPERTY!!!

Pictures don't do this sprawling ranch justice. Words cannot express just how lovely this home is. It's located on a beautiful vineyard with a private outdoor space and plenty of room. The owners, Brian and Zinta, have thought of everything. They are so accommodating and kind. We will not be able to come to Alabama again without visiting this property. Thank you!!!

The perfect home for our family

My family and i was there for my grandsons wedding, which was at the Barn at the Grandview in Altoona, 20 min for the home, The home had everything we needed and so much more, the kids room was perfect for our little ones. Very spacious and beautifully decorated home, swing set and so many things to do in the wonderful fenced in backyard! If only had it not been so hot! , We went to the falls and enjoyed the train and the zoo with the family, which was a hop, skip and jump from the home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and property with us! 10/10

Great spacious property

The property is very close to Noccalula Falls. It is very spacious with enough room for a large family or group. It comes equipped with a large kitchen, den, living room and fenced back yard. Location is quiet and convenient to Noccalula Falls park, restaurants and interstate travel (I-59). Zinta is a great host and is very responsive and accommodating. We couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend this property for your stay in the Gadsden, Alabama area.

A perfect stay!

Our stay in Gadsden was absolutely perfect! The house was in a great location, convenient to Noccalula Park and the rest of Gadsden. The owner was extremely communicative and provided helpful information about check in and check out. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Gadsden area. We will definitely choose this location again when we come back.

Wonderful

We loved our stay here, the fenced in back yard, the huge french patio doors were all a huge asset for us, we had 2 little dogs with us and left the doors open and they were able to go in and out and we didn't have to worry about them. We also had a infant with us and Zinta had everything there for the baby. We will definiently return for another stay.

State Tournament

My family and I stayed here, our son’s basketball team won regionals and made it to state. The house was in a perfect, quiet location. Spacious home with lots of outdoor land. The house was beautiful! We had no issues with anything! The owner even allowed us early check in. I highly recommend this home to anyone that needs a place to stay in this area! Thanks again!
