Come and share memorable moments in this romantic gîte, a 25 square metreself catering holiday home on the edge of a mill stream.

Located 4km from the beaches of Barneville-Carteret and 30 minutes from Cherbourg, ideal for exploring the Cotentin area.

Our gîte (cottage) is composed of
a kitchen/dining space
a sleeping space with a double bed (140x190 cm) and storage
a bathroom
a terrace with private access to the mill stream

You can expect a warm welcome at this functional accommodation, located in a charming, peaceful environment.

Perfect for a couple wishing to discover (explore) the Contentin area.

Heating surcharge from October to March (23 centimes per kilowatt).


An electricity package of 8 kWh and 1/4 m3 of water is included/day (for stays of less than 7 days).
Beyond that, billing based on meter reading (electricity: 1 kwh = €0.30, water: 1 m3 = €5).
For weekly stays, a meter reading will be taken at the start and end of the stay and then re-invoiced to the tenant. This is to protect our beautiful planet.

During your stay you will find many things to visit and discover: the Carteret lighthouse, the garden of the host of the television gardening programme “Silence çapousse” (StéphaneMarie,thecoastal footpaths,(GR34), historically used by Customs Officers, the Vauvillepond,the City of the Sea,the World War II D-Day landing beaches,SaintVaast la Hougue…and of course our beautiful sandy or pebble beaches

In summer and during school periods: weekly only
In winter: possibility on a nightly basis, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
