Fantastic property, close enough to Denton/Gainesville/Casinos but tucked away from the grind of the city. We used it to prep for a wedding in Valley View and it was perfect. Hosts were great and communicated everything we needed to know.

Family Gathering for Wedding Weekend

Had a very enjoyable stay. House was very clean and comfortable. "Mature"...okay, older crowd, so did not take advantage of all the amenities, but summer renters should enjoy the pool. Courtyard was great for cornhole and simply hanging out. Huge TVs in both living areas. Great for sports and movie viewing. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom accommodations surpassed our needs. Property is surrounded by trees that gave a feeling of seclusion. Great location providing privacy and away from other houses. Highly recommend.

Perfect distancing

This was the perfect vacation for our family. We all had cabin fever, live in small places and his house helped us get over walking in small circles. The pool is awesome. The amenities are adequate and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. I loved the quiet atmosphere around the pool and on the patio. Morning coffee was the perfect way to start the day, then a dip in the pool after breakfast. I love the set up of this place and made being alone or in the middle of activity easy and flexible. Thank you Lynn and Tom for your effort in making this such a great place to get away to.

8/10 Bueno

Peaceful setting with good indoor/outdoor space for a large family

We had a great time! Excellent property for 12 adults, 4 young kids. It was a peaceful setting, pool was perfect, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The bedrooms were very large and home nicely updated. Tom was very helpful and available to assist with any questions we had. An outdoor grill was listed in the amenities, but we were disappointed to find out there was not a grill upon arrival. The kitchen is lacking in a few areas including knives and utensils. Otherwise, everything was great! The kitchen is nicely updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi Greg! We are so sorry we were lacking in certain areas, but we do now have a grill and have upped the kitchen utensils with this feedback. Thank you for booking with us and we hope to host you again in the future.
