A beautifully decorated home with a tropical touch and plenty of Disney for the kiddos! Enjoy the parks then come home to a private, south facing pool and spa.

TVs in all bedrooms with embedded Roku featuring the Disney Channel. DVD Players in bedrooms

Library of DVD's.. mostly children-themed

Xfinity Blast Internet and Ring Home Security System - Ring uses passcodes (provided) for your use to arm and disarm the system. Video cameras are active on entrances and exterior of home.

Private 26’ X 13’ pool.... Pool and Spa Heat is optional and recommended November through April. Heating Option is not available during the summer months or when air temperatures are generally above 84 degrees daytime for sanitary reasons.. A full length child safety pool fence is available.

Pool and Spa Heating Fee is $40 per day (4 consecutive day minimum). Weekly Rate is $245. If only pool heat is desired, fee is 34 per day (4 consecutive day minimum) and weekly $220. Pool is heated to 86 degrees F and spa is heated to 100 degrees F. Spa jet operation is only available with pool/spa heating.

Games Room with Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Darts, Basketball Toss

Use of Clubhouse Facilities - Kiddie play yard, Tennis & Volleyball Courts are available dusk until dawn. The clubhouse offers a gym daily from 5AM until 9PM, and a games room that has shuffleboard, foosball, and air hockey that is available Mon-Fri 9AM -5PM. Minors under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Two master king bed ensuites // mattresses all with allergen/bug/mite protection

$59 Damage insurance policy included with quote, may be omitted for alternative $400 security deposit (returnable upon departure inspection). If guest prefers higher deposit ($400 in lieu of damage policy), notify owner prior to booking for invoice revision

If available, early check in and late check out are available (minimum $50) . Unapproved late check outs incur fee, including possible extra cleaning fee if cleaner schedule is impacted

Kathy was a wonderful host! She sent me all the information needed and answered all my questions! The house had everything we could ever need and then some! We loved the pool and all the extras in the kids rooms were a bonus. Kids loved the garage game room. When we come back we will definitely be giving Mrs. Kathy a call again and will recommend the house to family and friends in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at Margarita Villa for 10 nights in November. The villa has everything you would need and is in a quiet, peaceful secure development. The villa was also very clean and welcoming. Kathy was very helpful throughout the booking process and responded to any queries we had. Excellent south facing pool area gets the sun all day. The only thing we would suggest would be a parasol/Umbrella to provide shade on hot days. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we holiday in Florida.

The property was very clean and very comfortable. Beds were cozy, home was spacious and had everything we needed. We felt very safe in the gated community and it was convenient to access the Disney parks and water parks. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Things to notate: the coolest the thermostat would set to was 72 and the hot tub is not usable during the summer. All around great experience and would stay here again.

Great Orlando area stay!

We love this property, this is our second stay and it was just as fun as the first. I would recommend anyone who wants to visit Orlando and have a private stay come here.

wonderful home for a pleasant vacation.

We had a great time at this home, it was very clean well stocked, and a pleasant home to stay in. We spent most of our time at the house just relaxing. Would definitely consider renting this home again. The communication with owner was excellent. It is in a very nice, gated community close to Disney World.

House was perfect

We stayed during the Christmas holiday. House was perfect, location to what we had planned was perfect. Plenty of room for my entire family. Owner was very easy to reach if i had questions. Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Fabulous

My daughter and I get away for a week of fun, relaxation & bonding every year. My grandson ended up coming at the last minute the last couple of days and Kathy was very understanding. He LOVED the Star Wars themed bedroom. The house was so very comfortable, the pool was amazing and Kathy was quick to respond with any of our communication. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes we needed for any of our cooking needs. If I could give above a 5 star, this home would receive it. It represents itself well in the pictures, and it’s better in person. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great Home! Dont hesitate to book!

Owners are absolutely incredible to deal with, just the best! Home is great, nice private and secure location in a gated community. Only have one neighbor on one side, other side is a vacant lot. House is decorated with a very nice home decor touch, doesnt feel like a rental. Home has alot of little extras that goes along way. Overall an A+ to the home and the owners!

Truly Exceptional Rental Home

This was undoubtedly one of the finest VRBO rentals where we have ever stayed. The description and pictures of this property cannot do it justice. Very quiet neighborhood in close proximity to a variety of eating establishments, shops, and especially Disney World. Kathy was great to work with and very easily accessible. My family and I cannot thank you enough for giving us a truly memorable vacation.

Beautiful property

The house was perfect for our group. Loved having the 2 master suites. Pool and lanai area were great! Had one small issue but the owner and property manager were great in getting it fixed right away. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay!

Headed home now from a wonderful week long stay at the Margaritaville VRBO. Everything was easy as far as check in/out. Kathy is very sweet and provided clear and complete information on everything and was very responsive to emails. The home itself is lovely. Pics don’t do it justice. Tastefully decorated, clean and very well stocked with all of the conveniences of home. The location was convenient to everything. We hit Disney, Universal and the west coast for beaches. The kids loved the pool and made for a couple of very easy “chill days”. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be staying again our next visit!

Wonderful Vacation

If you’re looking for a private place to unwind after busy days at Disney or other parks, this is your place! The pictures do not do the property justice- everything was perfect. We had plenty of space to relax and the pool area was our favorite. The property owners are very responsive and provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great place away from home

Beautiful house. The pictures don't do this place justice. Perfect for our families needs. Check in was very easy. And the homeowner was available and checked on us to make sure all our needs were met. Will definitely be staying there again for our Florida vacations in the future.

Amazing rental home

This property is clean and set in an amzing area with a friendly neighbor who never missed a welcoming hello when he saw us. Property is exactly as described, would definitely stay here again if im headed to the area agin! The hosts are also wonderful to talk to and deal with. 10/10 for sure overall.

Beautiful home, Great location

This house is lovely, just like the photos. Great location near shops, airport, Disney, restaurants. Pool and hot tub were heated as we requested. Anytime we had a question, the owner was willing and able to help. A fantastic stay in Davenport!

Location, Location, Location!! Our home is in a quiet neighborhood close to all restaurants, and just 9 miles straight away to Disney World. The back of the home faces south and enjoys the sun from late morning to sunset.
