Look no further!! This modern downtown home has it all! Situated right between two beautiful parks and a few blocks from the heart of downtown. This newly remodeled home is a place you are going to love to come home to after your Northern Arizona adventuring. Gorgeous paver patio with a built in gas fire pit and BBQ, lounge chairs and yard games makes spending time with a group or family easy. The home has a HUGE loft area which has it's own TV/hangout area that is perfect for kids or just a place to have some quiet time. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Gas range, quality knives, plenty of cookware and spices. Being right downtown means you can walk to all the restaurants, shopping and activities on the square. One small dog under 40lbs is allowed for a fee, please see additional rules.

Perfect place in near the heart of downtown Flagstaff

This was the perfect house for a sisters getaway in Flagstaff. The place was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. It was close to downtown and everywhere that we wanted to go. The owners were easy to reach and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and magical

This house is cozy and perfect!! Stayed with family and everything we needed in walking distance and the house was so perfect there was no need to go anywhere. Park right around the corner for the kiddos and definitely will stay again!

Wonderful weekend stay

Wow! Thank you Sarah for providing a great house to stay in while visiting our son who graduated from NAU. My husband and I along with our dog loved the place and the beautiful backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to restaurants and downtown. We will stay here again!

Great house in a great neighborhood

We had a great time at this house over Labor Day weekend. The location was fantastic—it was walking distance to Downtown Flagstaff and Thorpe Park (along with its hiking trails), so we barely used our car when we were there. The house itself was very comfortable for our family of five (the kids loved the loft) and had everything we needed.

Great location

Our group of six really enjoyed this rental property. It is nicely updated in a great location perfectly situated between Thorpe Park and downtown Flagstaff. The two kids really enjoyed having the loft as their own personal space. The communication with the host was exceptional. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful House, Great Location

We rented this house for a month and absolutely enjoyed it. The house has been recently renovated. It is well furnished and stocked for everything we needed during our stay. The backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the cool weather. The location is walking distance to a park, forest trails and downtown restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful little home in the heart of Flagstaff

We loved, loved, loved our stay in Sarah's home. It is downtown and a super close walk to Thorpe Park, downtown, and the university. Despite being in the center of Flag, it is peaceful and calm. The house is adorable, our girls loved the loft and privacy they had playing up there. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. We were so grateful to have been able to book this in our old neighborhood. Suck a lovely place, you won't be disappointed! Communcation with Sarah was excellent.

A gem!!

The property was just terrific. The backyard was even nicer than pictured. A hammock, cornhole and pretty landscaping really made it a lot of fun. The inside was spotless. The loft was cool for kids. I feel like it should be pointed out that the two bathrooms are right next to each other by the guest room. That was a little different but didn’t bother us. Really close to downtown and a cute park. It’s a real gem!! We will go back.

Amazing for family with kids

We had a fabulous stay! We stayed here for three nights and honestly wish we had booked a longer stay. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. Our kids LOVED the loft area…and so did we!! The back yard patio was a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and to enjoy a morning coffee. The location was fantastic too. We walked to the playground, walked into town, and a very short drive to the grocery store. I would book this adorable home again in a hot second! We can’t wait to come back!!

Close to downtown Flag, but quiet and with all the comforts of home!

This place was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was very user- friendly. The fenced-in yard was a big plus, including the gas fire pit and large grill. Host Sarah was really prompt in responding to the couple of questions we had. Would, and hope to, definitely stay here again!

Cute house great location

The house was historic but remodeled beautifully. The attic was perfect for our kids. I loved the backyard gas fireplace and games. The location was close to town and 2 blocks from the awesome Thorpe Park and playground.

Perfect family get-away!

Enjoyed all this home-away-from-home had to offer over Thanksgiving! Great location for walking around - only about 15 min. into town. Perfect for families with kids and dogs, as the park, with many amenities (including frisbee golf, dog park and pond) is a 5 minute walk away. The home had many extra perks and personal touches and most everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. Sarah and Greg have really gone out of their way to make this a welcoming place to stay. Would highly recommend!

Maximum Chill and Comfort

We love staying at this house and have a number of times, it's so comfy, clean and perfect for chilling. Close to downtown, hiking, and park. Have come here with a girls group and thanksgiving and with just family. It meets every need.

Great house in great location

This house has been updated nicely - beautiful appliances, floors, and also nice dinnerware & cookware. Also lots of small touches I don't often see - cooking spray, coffee, plenty of shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap & toilet paper. The house is walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, & Thorpe park. We appreciated the bikes, tennis racquets & cornhole, too!

Perfect little home

Hi there! I'm Sarah! The owner of the home Greg and I have been friends for over 15 years. We have adventured all over together boating, backpacking, canyoneering and skiing. Our most recent adventure has been the Birch property. This was his bachelor pad and eventually a rental. It got a bit run down, but we saved it! We transformed it into a place we'd like to spend our Flagstaff vacation. Please enjoy it!
