The main house offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other has a cozy double/single bunk bed. The main floor also features a spacious living room, a large well equipped eat-in kitchen, and a sunroom overlooking the pool. Both the living room & sunroom provide additional sleeping with a single and queen sleep sofa.

On the second floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and an extra trundle bed for added sleeping space.

The cottage is a delightful addition to the property, featuring a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a cozy living room with a queen sleep sofa. It offers a private retreat for those seeking a bit of tranquility or a separate space for additional guests.

Other amenities include outside bar, CAC, DW, 2 WD/s, Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, piano, fish carving station and enclosed shower. Owner offers 1 Dewey Beach Parking Pass & 1 Rehoboth Beach Pass.

The outdoor space is perfect for fun-filled activities and relaxation. Lounge by the pool, enjoy a barbecue on the patio, or play in the spacious area with your furry friend/s. Dewey Beach is a pet-friendly beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm, allowing you to make the most of the sand and surf with your dog. Dewey Dog license is required & can be purchased at the Dewey Town Hall for on nominal fee.

Dog Friendly~with $300 NR pet fee per dog. If you do not add the pet fee of $300 ($150 for additional pet/s in the quote), then the quote will need to be readjusted. A pet addendum will accompany the lease from Crowley Assoc., that will need to be returned with our lease.

There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence should be directed with our office and/or your agent/office who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE.
