Shelley was extremely nice. We received a message a couple of hours early saying we could check in. The condo was very clean and the view was breathtaking.

Good Spot for Families

With a family of six, 2 bed rooms have become ideal. I liked the large table in this unit. The 7th floor made my husband nervous so I wish that would have been in the description. It would have been nice to have a map or directions to find pool. The master bed was very firm which works for many but pretty uncomfortable for us. Everyone else staying there were friendly. The location was great and the free ticket per day, came in handy.

Got to take advantage of the free tickets that saved us 400.00! Loved having two bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen had everything we needed. View was beautiful. Fireplaces were cozy. Washer and dryer were a big plus. Very well decorated and clean. Management were very quick to respond. Easy check out.

Wonderful Stay

This condo is beautiful! It’s exactly as described, easy check in/out process, and perfect location. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and received an immediate response with an action plan. Unfortunately, it never worked but with all our phone hot spots, we were able to do what we needed without issues. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I went to pigeon Forge with my friend and it was great. The S & D Properties took great care of everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing that I’d like to see change are the mattress’s in both bedrooms. Mine was like sleeping on the floor. It had a base made out of wood with a thin mattress on it. Other than that everything was awesome.

Quiet Highrise

Great location, quiet,beautiful view and great amenities. We found it had everything we needed. We loved opening up the balcony doors and sitting in the rocking chairs in the morning to watch the sunrise. Great communication with rental agency.

This 1 needs work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Next visit to the Smokey Mountains we will request building 1 again. This year was building 2. The view was not what I was promised. Master bath toilet was plugged, Soap dispenser did not work,Pans were oily and had to wash by hand. I had to fix the shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom.Tack strip for carpet poking through between living room and master bedroom. This condo definitely was not as well maintained and the previous we have stayed in.

However, both the outdoor and indoor pools were not working for the first several days. The water levels were low, the filters didn’t work and the water was dirty. The hot tub was out of order for our entire stay. The hot water in our condo stopped working on the last night of our stay. Also, the elevator was not working when we checked out in the morning. We were on the 7th floor so lugging all of our luggage downstairs was awful!

NO INTERNET, NO CABLE, PHONE SERVICE AWFUL

Ugh! the adults were working a bit as kids were playing, but it was impossible to stay on the internet. IF one device was on, the others couldn't stay on. There is NO Cable.... no smart tv's, and no connection for streaming. If you get caught with a rainy night at the end of a long day forget family movie night. Cell phones won't stay connected inside the unit. You have to stand on the balcony to have a conversation. We could live with the phones - the Internet, and Televisions were for us a deal killer. However, the property manager was very nice, so we might consider some of their other properties.... only IF we know there is internet. :-)

Reviewer Comments: The location and view were great but we were disappointed in the condition of the carpet in the bedroom and the rug in the living room that were so dirty. I have cleaned houses for people for 30 or more years and it’s sad to say that whoever cleans for you were not thorough. The tub has to be cleaned before we gave our granddaughters their bath because of soap scum left ove from previous guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great trip! The location of the condo was great! The free tickets from xplorie saved us a ton of money! My only complaint, which didn’t affect our trip, is the condo needs a little love. The carpet isn’t in the best shape and the tv picture quality is terrible because of the age and it has a big blurred out spot at the top. Most people wouldn’t care but we traveled with a toddler so we watched tv after she went to bed. As I said none of this affected our trip and we had a wonderful time. Just needs a little attention is all. The owners were extremely responsive and checked in regularly which was great. And the room was ready for checkin early.

Great condo!

The condo is just like the pictures posted. It was spacious and comfortable. The building was very quiet even though we saw families with children. The location was nice, no driving up on narrow roads . It was close to many attractions. The bed mattresses were firm, but we still slept well. You can’t have a specific mattress for every guest. I would stay here again.

Indoor pool worked, tended to be very busy in the evening. There is a very nice playground a couple miles away Wear Farm City Park. Highlights for us were hiking in smoky mountains,Parrot Mountain and Gardens,Ober Mountain Easter Sunrise service.
