Hi Brad, We are sorry to hear that our unit did not meet your expectations. We take pride in providing our guests with a "home away from home" experience while visiting and put a lot of effort in making sure our guests are happy during their stay. Up until this point we have never had a complaint about the cleanliness of our condo but will address your concerns with our cleaning crew. Had you contacted us upon your arrival and let us know you were not happy with the condo we would have tried to rectify the situation immediately as our cleaning crew lives on premises but since we did not hear from you the entirety of your stay we were under the assumption that everything was to your liking . Please let future hosts know immediately if there is a concern so they can have an opportunity to address it. The size of the condo is 700 sq. ft and is listed as a 1 bedroom with a king bed and a full sized pull-out sofa. Since your reservation was for you and 1 other adult there should have been plenty of room to sleep and enjoy the condo. Every building in the resort is treated by a pest control company on a regular basis as part of the HOA but being located in a beach resort in the south has it's challenges and unfortunately bugs are one of them. We will ask for an inspection and extra treatment from the pest control company to address this concern. Lastly, being located in a beach resort it is almost impossible not to have a completely sand-free condo no matter how hard we try but we understand your concern. We are glad to hear that you did enjoy the resort in general and hope that you have a great rest of your summer.
