This beautiful, clean, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 6. It comes with a gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and a serene and peaceful covered patio. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the grocery store, Walmart and more! A short 5-minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs and its famous hot springs.

35 min. Wolf Creek Ski Resort

Other things to note
We do allow small dogs, (some exceptions for larger dogs, please inquire), preferably non shedding, hypoallergenic. There is a flat fee of $50. There will be additional fees for excessive hair removal or any damage done. Please be mindful to clean up after your dog inside and out. No wet dogs allowed inside. No pets allowed on furniture, including beds. If you know your dog is a barker we will not be able to host you! We love animals and really aim to keep our condo very clean and our neighbors happy!

Excellent place to stay in Pagosa Springs

This place is exactly like the pictures, plenty of basics in the pantry for cooking, very comfortable living room, and the beds were relaxing. It was close to all the places needed. Would stay here again.

Pagosa Spring vacation

Love this place. Super quiet neighborhood. Great location. Would stay there again. A+. Just be sure and bring some kind of streaming device for smart TV if you want any local news and weather. Thanks for such an awesome place!

We love Pagosa

This was our third summer visit to Pagosa Springs and our third condo rental stay in The Pines. Of all three Pines condos I think this was my favorite. The views of the mountains from the living room and porch were fantastic! The space/room layout was perfect for our family of 4. The house was dusty on arrival and it would have been great to have a table on the back patio for meals but we did enjoy hours of reading on the comfy patio chairs. There were tons of games and movies stocked in the living room which was fun. We love walking to Higher Grounds for morning coffee and City Market for dinner supplies. The kids loved putt putt and running around in the green space off the patio.

Pagosa Springs Condo

This was a nice, clean and well appointed place to stay. It matched its listing description very well. The kitchen was well equipped, modern and clean. The outdoor patio / seating area was great on a warm day and there is a nice gas grill.The only disappointment was that when we went to watch The Oscars or sporting events, there was only a basic Roku package so that was not possible. Other than that the place was great and I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Condo in Pagoda

We stayed in the condo a month and had a great time. The condo was really cute, clean, had everything we needed and the location was wonderful with restaurants, coffee shop and grocery store in walking distance. Also there were really great walking paths nearby. We really appreciated that everything was as advertised on this site. Communication with the owners was a breeze. Couldn't have been better!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s a lovely unit and is exactly as pictured.

This complex is in the perfect location. It’s right between uptown and downtown and very close to both grocery stores. The unit was clean and super cute. It’s the end unit , which also made it quiet. The mud room is a bonus and was the perfect spot for the dog bowls, leash and coats. We highly recommend this rental and we will stay again soon.

I love sitting on the patio in the morning and watching the sunrise and listening to the birds. Sunsets are even more spectacular. Comfortably decorated with a large sectional couch, comfortable beds and good linens. We put a lot of effort in to not only making this clean, comfortable and efficient for ourselves but also for our guests. We love this little condo and are sure you will too! AC for summertime!
