In a former mansion, this apartment on the 1st floor, without elevator, is composed as follows:
- An entrance with dressing room.
- A living room with television, two double sofas (which can be folded out to have an extra bed for a child) and a table where you can eat comfortably together.
- A kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, small appliances...
- A Queen Size bedroom (160 cm) with an adjoining bathroom, corner bathtub, hair dryer, mirror and towel dryer (2 separate toilets). The shutters are electric.

A bicycle room is at your disposal just below the building.

Ideally located in a very pleasant area, close to all the shops (bakery, mini-market...), this accommodation will allow you to have a fast access to the place Hoche, to the historical street Saint-Melaine and to the park of Thabor.

Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided, as well as dish towels, bath mats and some welcome products. The beds are made up on arrival: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free.

Access :
The access on foot to the downtown area is 20 minutes.
The first bus station (Jules Ferry station) is a 3-minute walk away and will take you to the city center in 10 minutes via the C5 bus.
The access to the train station is done either by the bus C1 in 35 minutes (stop at less than 5 minutes on foot from the accommodation "Fac de Droit"), or in 20 minutes by accessing the metro stop Sainte-Anne, at 15 minutes on foot from the accommodation.
The access to the airport is possible by bus (bus C1, then bus 57). The change is made at the station "La Criée". You will be there in 45 minutes.
