Only 1 block from the Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for your weekend getaway or long term stay. Tastefully updated 2-bedroom, 1 bath ranch home. Located JUST one block from marinas, restaurants, Public Landing and Rock Hall Harbor. Three blocks from Ferry Park Beach. A beautiful and safe stroll or bike ride to Main Street (1.5 miles). Large mud room and laundry area. Sunroom provides additional room for guests (with a pull out bed). Spacious fenced in backyard (with open land behind) or front deck is perfect for an afternoon cocktail. Large driveway to place a boat trailer and park your vehicle.

Garage is being used as secured owner storage and is unavailable for use.

This is easily one of the nicest VRBO homes we've ever rented. The house was very cozy and extremely clean. It was well stocked, and there was a large fenced in yard. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is in the perfect location. The hosts were extremely communicative and kind, which made us feel absolutely at home here. We appreciate the hospitality and hope to be able to stay here again! Thank you!

The welcome tray set the positive tone. House was clean and well stocked with towels, paper items, and other supplies. We loved the little sunroom and spent most of ‘at home’ time in there. Our pup, Rosie, loved the room and yard. Deer visited every evening. Walked to Harbor Shack and enjoyed that and other restaurants near by. Look forward to returning when it isn’t so hot.

Family Gathering

Was in town for a family gathering at a private residence. The Walnut street VRBO provided an ideal place for my wife to see the town, enjoy the restaurants and escape the Family chaos. All features of the home were as advertised. Ideal fenced yard for our Golden.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

We had a great trip to Rock Hall with our pup. Spacious back yard, close to restaurants, plenty of amenities, perfectly clean, and great communication with Jim who helped us immediately when we needed help with something. Looking forward to staying again sometime!

So Relaxing

My family and I stayed for a week this summer and had a great time. We could walk to the Harbor Shack restaurant (which we did MANY times - great food and atmosphere). We loved exploring Ferry Beach and getting ice cream at Get the Scoop! Also, the hot mini donuts on Main St. on the weekend were amazing. Jim and Dina were great to work with - very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and they left many thoughtful touches to get our vacation started and keep it on track! Would definitely visit again :)

Great location

We were here for Watermans triathlon the house was perfectly located we did not use our car at all. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for both the Rock Hall and Watermans races Owners were easy to contact

Lovely. Great hosts

Nice backyard fenced in eased concern over watching children in a strange place. Rental was in nice condition and owners were hospitable and responsive. Linens cleaners and even some bath products were supplied which is so nice when you have a family and you forget some things and don’t have room for other things in your vehicle when you drive! Was just a really nice time. Property well-kept. Homeowner responded right away when we noticed poison ivy. Quiet residential neighborhood not too far from the little beach and town. Wish there were more shops in town!

A delightful weekend

Our first visit to Rock Hall and the description of the property and the property location was really accurate. A great location in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far from civilization including a great waterfront restaurant a 3 minute walk away. The house was very clean and comfortable (including the beds) and nicely laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed including the handy Keurig machine. A beautiful, large fenced-in backyard that my dogs appreciated. They have great outdoor furniture and bikes that we’ll use next time if we get better weather. We enjoyed spending the afternoon at Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge only a short drive away. It’s beautiful and full of diverse trails and Insta-worthy waterfront photo spots. Not listed in the description of the house was one of the best features- a large Osprey nest with a Mom and her chicks in a tree right in the front yard. What a treat! The owners know what they are doing to be great hosts. I appreciated them providing linens and information about the house and the area. Jim was very friendly when I called him with a question and it’s clear they go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and have what they need.

Relaxing!

My husband and I stayed for 3 days and loved it! The house was very clean, well lite and cozy. Dina, the property manager, provided easy access to the property and responded promptly to out inquiries. Would highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

It is a beautiful location! Quiet and very accessible to the Chesapeake Bay, Main Street and the Beach.

Great location for boaters who wish to stay dockside for awhile. Arriving by boat is pretty simple! The closest marinas to the house are North Point and Rock Hall Landing. Both marinas are approximately one block away from our home. Many other marinas (Osprey Point, Gratitude, Haven Harbor, Swann Creek Marinas ) are within 1 mile of our home.
