Large vacation house, private pool and hot tub, lots of privacy, perfect getaway

Big house (approximately 3000sqft ) is located in the heart of Pocono Mountains in private community. 4 Lakes, 2 beaches, 2 community pools, tennis and basketball courts. Minutes to Jack Frost and Big Boulder, minutes to water parks Kalahari and Camel Beach-Aquatopia, 5 miles away from Pocono Race Way. Close to Camel Back and Blue Mountain. High speed internet, 1 acre lot, close to skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, shopping etc.

Our community manager updated the short term rental (STR) guest amenities policy on June 10th. Before guests were given free badges that came with the home. The updated policy includes a $10.00 wristband per every guest that would like to use any of the community's amenities including the pool, lake, tennis and basketball courts, etc. Wristbands must be paid for at the same time as the rental fee. Wristbands cost $10.00 each. With that being said if you and any of your guests plan on using the comminity amenities additional payment is required.
Kids under 5 are free.

Girls Trip

This house was perfect for the 5 of us. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of your visit. The morning visits from deer and nightly campfires were great additions. Little tip - try to avoid Pocono Raceway during race day if you are not a fan!

Everything you need for a good time

We loved our stay at the house.. it was large to accommodate many people, all necessities were prepared for us, kitchen fully equipped, backyard with the hot tub and a pool and large backyard for the kids to enjoy: excellent time and great communication.

Disappointing

The house was clean, but everything in it is old and ruined. When you walk in you are hit with a musty smell. The couch has large slits in it covered with tape. The carpet is old, thin and ripping on the steps, it’s at least 10-15 years old if not older. The shower door doesnt look like its installed right. The back yard was nice and big and the kids liked running around but the play set is old and rotting wood and not very sturdy. Be prepared to get stuck in traffic to get into the community all day friday and Saturday . You have to go through the same gate that people who are checking in go through and its time consuming. We had lots of deer come visit and even a bear. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The house needs some tlc

Great property

Stayed 4 nights ... With 7 people. The size of house was perfect with an extra bedroom we didnt even use. Visits from deer every evening. Location was perfect. Close to all.

My friends and I had a great time. The rooms are very spacious and outdoor area was great. Would definitely recommend for group gatherings and would consider going back.

Great Family Getaway.

The renter is very responsive. The house was spacious and clean. The 5 bedrooms were great. Pool, hot tub and outside yard area are all well kept and nice! Just know that the pool table has broken ball returns not really usable. I’ve reported that to the owner. This is a Great place for a family lots of room.

Great House!

We had such a great time at this property. We had 3 adults and 6 kids total. The bedroom setup is fantastic for a large group. Two humongous master bedrooms and 4 additional bedrooms with lots of beds! The hot tub was wonderful and beautiful at night! We went tubing at Blue Mountain and hit the water park at Camelback while we were there and everything was relatively close. Definitely grab a sub from La Roma they had the most amazing meatball and steak subs. The bread is phenomenal. And it’s so close!! Grocery stores are only 20 mins away. We will definitely come back and stay again! Thanks so much.

A lot of space

A lot of space to spread out. A lot of bedroom space Big kitchen and the outdoor area definitely a plus. Wish the weather had allowed to enjoy the pool. Hope to return soon. Host very responsive.

Summer get away

This house was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and all questions were quickly answered. The hot tub, pool and fire pit were very enjoyable. This house has it all.

Peaceful, quiet house

We stayed here in July 2021 and had a lovely long weekend with family. The property and backyard is definitely the highlight of the house. We loved playing yard games, swimming in the pool, eating outdoors, grilling, and soaking in the hot tub. The beds were all comfortable and the house can sleep 20 people. We wished there was more seating inside as we had 10 adults and you can only fit 6 on the sofa. So many of us had to sit on the floor in the evenings. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as there definitely is not enough provided. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and was great for al our meals. If you are sensitive to chemical or perfume smells this is not the house for you either, we were nauseated when we arrived by all the air fresheners and chemical smells, even the detergent smell on the beds bothered us all. Overall we enjoyed it and the house served us great for a relaxed weekend!

Father's Day weekend

This property was great. It was spacious, clean and everything it states on the website. Check in was easy, the owner was available and I must say, it is better stocked than the timeshares that I've used. Would definitely recommend.

We celebrated our daughter's graduation with a large group. The house was exactly what we needed. Private, clean and many amenities. The pool was a great way to cool off on a hot day. Thanks for a great weekend.

Relaxing and privacy

The house was a very good size! 5 bedrooms were very big just what we needed. The house was very clean 👌 My daughter enjoy playing in the great size backyard 👍 and was very private which we loved. The Adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool table. Great house to relax!

The property was as advertise. Big clean and spacious. Very safe very quiet. Can’t see nothing at night which can be a good or bad thing depending on the person. We seen deers in packs everyday. They was building a pool. We asked if we can use it. The owners tried there very best to add that amenity and was not successful but I’m extremely happy they made an attempt to do so. I would definitely use them again.

Loved the hot tub!

We had a good experience. The area is nice and feels safe. The hot tub was great! The space is roomy. Make sure to bring staples like oil and spices. Bed was very comfortable.

Terrific House

We would definitely stay at this house again. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware and cooking tools. The hot tub on the back patio was hot and ready to go when opened the cover. There are tons of beds upstairs: 2 full baths and 5 bedrooms with 9 queens, 2 singles, and 2 flatscreen TVs. The house is set up perfectly for lots of family and friends to be together. Brand new washer and dryer. And, the owner was friendly, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend this property.
