This historic loft sits high above the downtown streets of Nashville and is perfect for those looking to be in the heart of Nashville and a minutes walk from all downtown businesses. The loft is newly remodeled to include the classic charm and the historic bricks so after you climb the antique and remarkable staircase can you enjoy the full eat-in kitchen, open living room, and comfortable bedrooms with BRAND NEW QUEEN MATTRESSES!

The Space
The keyless entry leads you into a spacious living room with big windows, a TV, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, a Keurig, dishes, cookware, silverware, and an island with barstools. There are two comfortable bedrooms one with queen-sized beds, two full bathrooms, and the couch lays down into a full futon for additional sleeping.

Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire unit during your stay. Please note that there are stairs to the loft. Guests will use a personal key code to enter the loft. This loft does NOT have an elevator and is NOT handling handicap accessible entrance.

Guest Interaction
We let our guests have their space but if needed, our team will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!

PARKING
Parking is not included however there is plenty of street parking nearby, as well as many parking garages to pick from!
