House for four 10min walk from the beach

Located a 10-minute walk from the sea via a pedestrian path and 15 minutes from Barfleur, the house is built of granite typical of the Val de Saire and has been completely renovated.

It features:
A first floor with a large living/dining room, a small, fully equipped kitchen, and a small sunroom opening onto a terrace and a private garden with a charcoal grill and a garden table.
A first floor featuring two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a 160 double bed and the other with two 80 single beds that can be pushed together. A bathroom with a shower.
Two separate restrooms, one on the first floor and one upstairs.

The house has a fiber-optic internet connection and a smart TV connected to the internet, but not directly to TV channels.

Parking is shared with two other vacation rentals and can accommodate one car per rental.

Linens are included, and the beds are configured as 1 double bed and 2 single beds; please let us know if you’d prefer 2 double beds. Cleaning service is optional for €50.

The adjoining house can also be rented to double the occupancy capacity.
