Gorgeous Townhouse in the Heart of North Conway

Newly remodeled townhouse with open floor plan and plenty of room for the whole family. The unit has three floors and a loft. Each floor has a living room and full bathroom. The First floor offers a master bedroom with king bed. Second floor bedroom has two queen beds and a sleep sofa in the living room. A spiral staircase leads up to the loft bedroom with three twin beds. The lower level has a large living room, full bathroom and a bedroom with a twin captain's bed and a twin over full bunk bed.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservation requests/bookings must include an accurate number of guests. If more guests arrive than reservation states, you will be charged an additional fee or asked to vacate.

Dear Guests,
The residents of North Conway held an election and voted to ban Short Term Rentals. Thankfully that has been overturned. Some of the major deciding factors revolved around visitors to the area that unfortunately were disruptive to the neighbors and destructive to the area including the town, trails etc.. Before purchasing our home we rented for many years and know that the majority of our guests are like us: Families and friends looking for more space and a home away from home, a bit more than a traditional hotel can offer.
With this said, we have had to add some safeguards to protect our home and our neighbors. To insure we are respectful and considerate neighbors we have installed a ring doorbell, ring camera and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a solution that measures the decibel levels to insure we are following the noise guidelines set forth in our condominium regulations. Per our rental agreement, parties are strictly prohibited. We also monitor the number of guests we have staying to insure we are adhering to maximum capacities, as well as our rental agreement. In the event any of these policies are violated, you will be notified and required to vacate the property.

North Conway vacation

Great house for a family to explore all that North Conway has to offer. Close to tubing on the Saco, Echo Lake, Diana’s Baths, Story Land and more! Plenty of room to gather or spread out. The pool was a welcome addition after a day exploring.

Location is perfect. Very quiet area. Townhouse was well equipped and easily accommodated our family comfortably. Annalee was very responsive and helpful. The community pool left a little something to be desired unfortunately, but there are multiple swimming holes around the area that are great for cooling off.

Ladies Fall Visit to NH!

Great place in North Conway!

This was definitely one of the best equipped and set up rentals I have ever stayed in! There was plenty of space for our group and they had everything we needed. The location is very convenient to the area. It was really great!

Perfect location, very clean

This was the cleanist condo I have ever stayed at, and I'm very picky about places I stay. Everything was perfect, we had 2 families, and there was plenty of space. I would definitely rent this place again in the future.

Great location

We enjoyed our time at this townhouse. The location was great, it was so close to everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable the setup was perfect with a game room in the basement for the kids. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts who were very responsive.

The perfect condo

This property is perfect! Unlike most places that sleep this many people it has space to sit and be together to watch tv. It has a table large enough so you also sit and eat together or play games around the table. We are very comfortable at this condo and have rented it multiple times.

Wonderful family trip

We had a wonderful stay! The house was even more beautiful than the photos. So clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Thoughtful touches of hand soap, wine, coffee pods and even toys and games for the kids! The memory foam beds were so comfortable!! We also appreciated the little touches like the safety plexiglass on the top floor. Thank you!

Great property and location

We had an excellent experience from booking to check out! The host was quick and helpful when answering all of my several questions and accommodated multiple changes I made to my reservation. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and was everything we wanted. The only thing we missed was a grill! But everything else made up for that. We’d love to come back! Thank you!

Beautiful home. Very accommodating hosts!

What a beautiful home! Extremely clean and plenty of room for all three families. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to enjoy dinners together. With two toddlers, the layout with TV's everywhere made it enjoyable for all. The game room was pretty much where we all ended up at the end of the day. Close to everything we needed (Mama got to walk her kiddos to Dunks each morning). Analee was super accommodating and responsive, assisting with all of our needs. Thanks so much for hosting our family. We look forward to next year! Matt and Catny

Ideal for family gathering

This condo is even better than pictures. Plenty space for three families. Unfortunately it rained hard 2/3 of June weekend. Basement games and large.screen TVs saved the day for kids, ages 4-11. Well-equipped kitchen. Super dining table fit everyone comfortably. Clever pass-through window to kitchen made serving and clean up very easy. Kids loved loft & winding staircase. Very attractive decor, clean, safe. 15 minutes from Storyland. Close to restaurants and N. Conway shops. Host was very responsive. “Ring” to the rescue when key instructions were flawed. A great choice, even with lousy weather!

Great condo in a great location.

Twelve of us stayed at the condo and it was wonderfully spacious. Each branch of my family had a floor to themselves, and each floor had its own living room area if anyone wanted some quiet time and a full bathroom. But the main floor living area was perfect for all of us to hang out together. The dining table was huge - perfect for large family meals and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots, pans, and knives. The location is great - right off of the main drag and very close to Settler’s Green and many restaurants and supermarkets. Our plan was to ski but there was no snow so we played board games, went bowling, ice skating, and did a spa day at the Scandinavian hotel down the road. There was plenty to keep us busy in the area despite the lack of skiing. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone heading to North Conway.

Clean, comfortable, lots of space

Our 3 families had a great stay at this home - it really was a perfect fit for us. It's close to everything, lots of space, comfy beds (which can be hard to find), and lots is provided (some rentals you need to go buy tp, garbage bags, dish detergent, etc..., but this is all provided here)! The kids loved the pool nearby too. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was even though there is central air, the 2nd floor was a bit of work to keep at a comfortable level of coolness...(we didn't really use the loft area, so not sure about that). All in all, this property is excellent, and we would definitely love to stay here again!! Thank you!

Great stay for a large group

Our stay at Analee's condos was extremely clean and we'll furnished. We had three families of four for comfortably for a long weekend. The location was central to shopping, restaurants, and attractions (Diana's Bath and Cranmore Mtn 10m away). Abalee was quick to respond all inquiries and was an awesome host.

Weekend getaway in a GREAT place

I rented this property so my grown children and their families could getaway for a couple of nights. It was so clean and comfortable. The condo had everything that we needed to stay in and cook while we played games. Not to far to Santa’s Village so they did spend the afternoon there. Plenty of space and there were TVs in every room. The owner was very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo and the owner was nice to work with.

This condo is right in the heart of North Conway. Fantastic restaurants, shops, hiking, snow sports, etc.. all within minutes away. Each floor is well equipped with smart TVs, full bathrooms and a bedroom. All bathrooms have been remodeled and the kitchen has all new appliances.
