Main Level Bedrooms: Master has king bed & full bath (tub/shower, double vanity) & TV.

2nd bedroom: queen bed.

2nd bathroom (off main living area): has shower.

Lower Level: 2nd Master bedroom/3rd bedroom: king bed.

Open area (considered 4th bedroom) has 3 queen beds, 42"TV, small table & chairs.

3rd bathroom is Jack & Jill bath (master has access from bedroom) & open area has access. Tub/shower combo w/ double vanity.

Large laundry area w/ full-sized washer & dryer, ironing board & iron.



ITEMS SUPPLIED:

We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls/bathroom), 1 spare roll of paper towels, 10 kitchen trash bags.

Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom.

Towels, dishes & silverware for 12 guests.

Pots, pans, baking trays, large serving bowls.

Dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap.

Laundry Room: full-sized washer & dryer. Laundry detergent & iron/ironing board provided.

This Condo is located at the 20.5 mile marker.

Swimming: two pools, one on the point looking at the main channel & one near the entrance. We also have sand beach.

Boat slips available upon request for additional cost

Minutes off Hwy 54 & Osage Beach Parkway...located in the heart of Osage Beach.

Shopping: Factory outlet mall, boutiques, Blair's Landing

Golf: Many golf courses nearby.

Boat/PWC rentals: two marinas nearby have rental boats & PWCs. (Aqua Toys in same cove)

7 minutes to the recently renovated Land Shark (Margaritaville): convenient for conventions & indoor Water Park.

*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.

*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
