This is a birdwatcher paradise. Eagles, seagulls, woodpeckers, cardinals, bluebirds, finch, ducks, heron, geese, hummingbirds and many more can be viewed in a serene environment. Deer greet you each day. Every possible amenity to make your stay convenient and enjoyable.

Nice lake location

Enjoyed this location on the lake. Private dock across from marina. Very isolated which was nice for our birthday party. Lots of great family time. Thank you Deborah for sharing your home.

Ozark House

Nice property, quiet and peaceful which was what we were after. Place was great. I was expecting more shoreline fishing access. First time using VRBO so I should have asked more questions up front. Overall great experience and I'd do it again.

The water level has been raised and lower more than usual for this time of the year. Not sure why but it has to do with Damn control of the inlet and outlet for more consistent shoreline fishing. Super cute cabin at the lake!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend with my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and 19 yr old daughter. The cabin was clean and very nicely decorated and we were able to prepare meals without too much trouble. We were disappointed to learn after arriving that we couldn’t leave our boat at the dock overnight as that was our main reason for booking a place with a dock but other than that everything was fine.

Chris, I'm so glad you and your family had a great time at Vintage Point, Not sure why you were unable to leave your boat at the dock, unless the water level was too low during your stay. Since the property has ample space to park your boat and trailer, it would be an extra effort but a safe alternative that most of the properties don't offer. Wonderful option

Family has stayed on the property for several years and it’s a wonderful option to have in this part of the lake. VRBO did not update its online account (not the homeowners fault) which led to some check in issues. The owner was responsive and helpful when contacted.

Great Place

My daughter and I stayed from Thursday to Sunday. Place was as advertised and was very clean. Private dock was a short walk and was a great place to fish. House had all the amenities we needed, all we needed was our clothes food and other items that you normally travel with. There wasn’t any phone signal at the house but there is Wi-Fi. That’s not a terrible thing when you are on vacation anyway. Definitely will look to book again in the future.

Family Reunion spill over

This is our third time staying at this location for our family reunion. We always find the home clean and the owner is extremely pleasant and helpful! We really only use the beds and showers because everything else happens across the lake with the rest of the family, but it is a quiet, peaceful setting and we’ve seen deer, raccoons, turtles and other animals we are excited to see. The owner has lots of antiques and a history of the home. WiFi works well, we didn’t try to use the tv.

Lake house

House is not right on the water even thougt you can see some water through the houses and trees. Boat dock was just fine but could not see boat from house. House was clean but smelled a little musty when we got in and could use a deep cleaning like under the beds. Property owners stays in great contact.Great fishing. Make sure you have key code before you get down there, internet and some phones do not work. Wifi at the house once you get in the door. Not much for food around there,make sure you bring some meals.

Nice Lake View Property

Our family enjoyed this lake house! Quiet neighborhood with owners who were very helpful and were actually staying nearby. This is a beautiful part of the lake. The house had pretty much everything we needed for the long Memorial Day. Very much would recommend it!

Access to great fishing

This house was the perfect place to stay if your looking for great fishing. Spoonbill and crappie. The private boat dock was nice to have, and the Marina across the cove had great pizza.

Great property with easy access to Lake.

Host was wonderful. Very pleasant and accommodating. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially liked the deck. Bring charcoal and lighter so you can enjoy the charcoal grill, the other grill is electric.

I leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and declutter my brain. I love the lake experience and I believe you will too if you really want to escape.
