Seaside cottage

Dear Madam, Sir,<br> We are delighted to welcome you to our house Plage de Kerhillio N 115Résidence Club Atlantique Boulevard de l'Atlantique 56410 ERDEVEN PLAGE. You will be greeted on arrival by: Mrs. Gontier. I give you her mobile number in order to agree on the time, which is from 2pm: 06 13 24 59 94. The keys must be left in the mailbox at the time of departure. <br>Here is some practical information to make your stay enjoyable.<br>Private residence, with a reserved parking space n° 115 at the back of the parking lot opposite (right square 115).<br>First floor: equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (be careful! at the door of the freezer very hard to open (temperature n°2 recommended) You have at your disposal, the maximum of kitchen utensils and crockery. The kettle, the toaster and the coffee machine (filter coffee maker) are new as well as the stoves. <br>The bathroom has been completely renovated, washing machine, new equipment (be careful to shake your towels well because the sand deteriorates the washing machine). The toilets are separate.<br>Upstairs two bedrooms: with wardrobe and dressing room, one on the parking side with a 140 x 190 bed and the other on the garden side with sea view with two small beds of 90 x190 which can be twinned (Close the skylight of the roof) We do not provide sheets or duvets or towels (except on request).<br>We have posted some hygiene and maintenance instructions because this house is also our off-season resort, we regularly make improvements.<br>Living room veranda: TV sofa with orange fiber channels, magazine rack where you will find documentation for your visits. The garden and terrace are facing south.<br> You have at your disposal a garden table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs, 1 parasol (beware of the strong wind for the parasol, screw the foot well). (Please store them in the garden room before your departure).<br>At the bottom of the garden: you have a door (locked) giving access to the wild dunes and the beach. Be careful..! To close the bay window when you are moving. The garden is equipped with a synthetic lawn (avoid dog droppings). You also have a bicycle room as well as a trunk with 2 wave boards and a beach umbrella.<br>You also have access to the Orange 5G Wifi Box (the code is on the small shelf in the kitchen) and the box in the large cupboard (to be restarted when you arrive if you stop...).<br> On the outskirts of the condominium, you have two nice restaurants, shops, grocery store and bread depot. Bike rentals, pizzeria, creperie, mini-golf, bar, concerts, hiking and cycling trails, equestrian center, Mini Golf, Surf Spot, Kid and Windsurf.<br>Village of ERDEVEN 3 km away (Greenway) as well as supermarkets, bakery, butcher, doctors, pharmacy....<br> Access to the sea is direct (500 m) at the bottom of the garden, via a small path towards the wild dunes and the beach. Dogs are not allowed on the beach in high season.<br>Nearby: wild coast megaliths, Ria d'Etel, Saint-Cado, Carnac, Belle Île en Mer, Île aux moines, Baie de Quiberon etc.....<br>Cleaning at the end of your stay is 70€ to be paid on your arrival at Madame Gontier. <br>TGV station 15km Close to the cities Lorient, Plouhinec, Belz, Etel, Carnac, Quiberon, Auray.
