This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with courtyard and mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you have access to the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats five. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity, a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and offers beautiful views.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Very Nice, Quiet Condo

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Clean and comfy condo with all the kitchen stuff you could need. Easy access to Keystone fun without needing your car. Spacious parking garage with easy in-and-out access for when you want to leave Keystone. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place if you are traveling alone or with one other person. (It might be a bit tight for 4 people even though there is a foldout couch.) FYI: The balcony looks out over the hot tubs and also looks toward other balconies, but you have great views of the mountain and some keystone stuff as well. I didn’t mind this. Seriously, book this place.

Great Location

My husband and I spend our anniversary at this location. The easy location in River Run to restaurants and shops was perfect. Three hot tubs was extra nice. The property managers were the very best part of the experience with quick responses and ease in checking in early and checking out late. We enjoyed Zuma Restaurant and recommend it as well. The spacious shared space on the lobby level was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the large sauna too. The bedroom is tight however - king bed - with a dresser. Glad we had a fan and humidifier. Loved having a balcony to enjoy sitting outside.

Minor issues: did not supply towels for hot tub. 1 inch of standing water in ski locker for first couple of days. Only one and a half rolls of TP for the whole week. False fire alarm went off in the middle of the night on one night.

Fantastic location, only draw back was noise from the hot tub below. Otherwise great condo and great amenities! Super close to everything in the village. Definitely will be back!

The Condo had was well equipped with all the amenities. I thought it was really nice that there was a crock pot you could use. Great idea to start your cooking while you are on the mountain, and it would be ready when you are done for the day! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway Condo

We had an additional adult come and stay two nights and it was tight, just with room for luggage and where to put the ottoman when using the sleeper sofa. I will say we loved the sleeper sofa and the ease to set up and put away. Convenience is huge here! So close to everything. The hot tubs fill up fast after a day of skiing, but that didn't affect our stay. The king bed was super comfortable, great water pressure, well stocked kitchen and clean. Overall we would totally stay here again!

My daughter was mad it was only a one night stay

But our kids are 10 and 7 and still pretty small. I was worried at first with hearing people in the hot tubs below (which my daughhter was yelling and waving hello to). But that cleared out after dark. It was nice to be walking distance to the shopes and restuarants. You are a also a short walk to the gondola. We only made breakfest here, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of parking and bell hops to get out bags in and out of the condo. It took us a minute to find the parking garage!

Easy walk to the gondola. A big negative was the working condition of the hot tubs on property. There are three and rarely was even one of the three working properly. Either jets were not functional or the temperature was tepid. We were very disappointed this time as we have not had this issue in the past. Would have rated this property higher if hot tubs were in working condition. Also, the common areas are a little worn. For example, the pool sticks had no tips and balls had chips in them!
