Welcome to Cœur de pin
Your safe heaven is located in an exceptional environment in the heart of the Provence; halfway between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille with direct access to hiking trails.

The house is composed of:
- Upstairs:
a fully equipped kitchen
a living/dining room
a bedroom with a double bed and a view of the pine forest
a bathroom and separate WC
- On the ground floor:
a bedroom with a triple bed (double downstairs, single upstairs)
a bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace with a hot tub
a bathroom with WC and washing machine
- Outside:
a hot tub
two terraces
of a private garden
direct access to hills and hiking / mountain biking trails

The village of Simiane-Collongue is located at the foot of the Pilon du Roi, on the northern slope of the Chaîne de l'Étoile. Nature is omnipresent in the village and fully contributes to its charm. View from the heights of the Pilon du Roi (711 m) and the Col Sainte-Anne (591 m) over the entire harbor of Marseille on one side and the Pays d'Aix on the other.
In the heart of the village, a market is set up every Saturday morning.

20 minutes from Cours Mirabeau in Aix-en-Provence
30 minutes from the Old Port of Marseille
30 minutes from the sea and the Calanques
Near Simiane-Collongue station (5 min), Aix-en-Provence TGV station (20 min) and Marignane Airport (20 min)

The house is located next to all commodities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, greengrocer, butcher, hairdresser, gas station, multi-sports complex, etc.)


Other remarks
- No parties allowed, no noise after 11pm
-July-August weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday
Booking of 2 nights minimum April-May-June-September on weekends
-Pets are not accepted
-Beware of the fire risk in the region:

==> do not make a fire outside the barbecue
