A cozy house in Bainboeuf on the northern tourist coast of the island, 200m from the beach, at the exit of Pereybere beach, a few minutes from the fishing village of Cap Malheureux and Grand Baie, the most touristy seaside resort on the island. Close to the tourist center (restaurants, activities, shops) in a residential area, our house is quiet, secure (home alarm and residence cameras), and very close to the beaches (just a street to cross). With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people: 1 double bed 160, 1 double bed 180, and a room with 2 beds 90 that can be separated or pushed together for a double bed. 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, large equipped kitchen. It is equipped to live comfortably both as couples and as a family (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker).The furnished terrace overlooking the private pool is a very pleasant living space - outdoor pool shower and private garden with sun loungers, TV + Wi-Fi. For your meals, you can opt for "homemade" - see equipped kitchen - and for charcoal grill enthusiasts, BBQ available. There are also many multicultural restaurants for all budgets in Grand Baie and Pereybere. In terms of location: Bainboeuf beach (3 minutes on foot) offers a beautiful view of the Northern islands and access to a multitude of coves and turquoise waters from the beach. For those tempted by diving or snorkeling: we recommend the diving club at the end of the street which offers you the chance to explore the underwater world and lagoon, safely. Close to major roadways. For those hesitant to drive on the left, taxis are 500m away and, more locally, there is a bus nearby.
