Nestled just a short drive away from our vibrant Downtown City Square, featuring upscale boutiques, fabulous restaurants such as Fish Gaucho and BL Brasserie, fun tasting rooms to suit your palate, like Alamar Wines and Cloak & Dagger Wines. This updated unit offers the ideal retreat for solo travelers or couples seeking a focused stay tailored to their preferences, whether for work, leisure, or immersing themselves in the local community. Embrace the opportunity to reserve a weekend getaway, a week-long escape, or contemplate an extended sojourn at this inviting sanctuary! (One small dog (10-15lbs) considered with $25/night pet fee.) City Permit #STR19-0183.

***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Great place to stay in the hills of Paso Robles

Had a lovely two night stay with everything I needed there and close to downtown. It's a lovely quiet neighborhood in the hills as well.

I called to have them check fridge and it was just defrosting but I wanted to be sure. I also added a day on to stay with no problem. One thing I would add is tools for the grill. I love grilling at home and this was nice. I grilled a steak and had to buy tongs to use for the grill. I would add a spatula in case burgers were grilled.

Clean and comfortable

This property was just as advertised and is perfect if you are traveling alone. It had everything you needed and was in a great quiet location but still a short drive to all of the sites in Paso Robles.

Extremely pleasant

Extremely nice property and well appointed. Kitchenette had basically new appliances. Even had basics like salt & pepper, oil, and foil. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little spot. Convenient location. The automated screen is kind of neat except that it wakes itself up at 6 AM and the brightness woke me up each morning.

Perfect Hideaway for a Perfect Getaway

I could not imagine more complete and appropriate and wonderful accessorizing than here. Perfect mini-kitchen (and BBQ) with anything needed, high quality bed and linens, just the right amount of storage, full laundry for taking care of wine and olive oil stain emergencies, generous bathroom, convenient and central location. Tasteful, stylish, practical decor. Would return anytime!

It was very quiet and peaceful and comfortable. the lawn area was great to take our dogs out to go potty. Great communication with the property management, had a slow draining bathtub and was taken care of very very fast. This was a whole lot better then a hotel room, place was very comfortable and definantley will do it again. Ed & Sharon

The stay was amazing although you could mention that the pool was not included I think it should be because $500 is not worth a little tinny room with horrible connection also when you call to tell us the pool is not included i suggest being nicer not a bitch

This charming apartment is not listed as including a swimming pool and guests are not invited to explore the grounds of the main home. With your visit during the week of the Mid-State Fair, rates were higher than they may be other times of the year and were presented at the time of booking. Small but very convenient.

Few suggestions: Needs lights on the stairs at night, should have a back splash for the corner sink and maybe a cover of some sort for the fues box. Overall it was okay but a bit too small for us. Still it was very convenient. Thank you.

Small cute apartment

We were very happy with our stay up to the point where we came home on Saturday night at around 10pm to two ladies cursing and creaming to an Uber driver. Then again on Sunday at around 2:00am there was a man dreaming and cursing he woke up my husband and I. We could not fall asleep after that. My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing weekend and we unfortunately did not get to enjoy this because of the yelling and cursing. We will probably not be staying here in the future.

Update with all of the appliance you need

Very nice for a very short stay as there is little room for a suitcase and no place to hang clothes as there were no clothes hangers. Very clean and very modern. Had a washer and dryer, dishwasher, small kitchen and everything looked new. Newer saw or spoke with the owners. All done through a computer that hangs on the wall in the bedroom and is a bit like having big brother watching you as it would come on randomly with advertisements. Did not care for that as it sits right next to the bed.

Just a few suggestions

Lovely accommodations, very comfortable bed and great towels (I often judge a place by the quality of the towels). Everything was clean and tidy. Suggestions: make the entrance from Walnut St more obvious, make the numbers on the mail box more visual, especially at night. Also perhaps paint the bottom of the stairs in a bright color. The offset at the bottom is dangerous. I fell on the 1st day of my stay I had bruising on both knees and my check bone, which was quite painful. The wall information device was very nice untill 6 a.m. when it turned on with a bright light in my face, very annoying. The place is lovely from the front, but don't venture to the back. the pool might be lovely, except for all the junk sitting around. I highly recomment these accommodations clean clean and comfprable

August 2023 Stay

Was a very nice neighborhood and a safe space. Plenty of parking for my large truck. I was gone from earlier morning until dark each day, so really wish there was a way to leave air condition on at a set level. It was miserable coming in late each night to a stuffy hot room that didn’t cool down. Per Rules I turned AC off when I left each day. Booked for a full kitchen, Stove, coffee maker and fridge. Sadly the fridge was way to small for what I needed. The place was clean but feel uncomfortable using towels washed only by the previous guests. Half of the coffee creamers were separated and lumpy.

Thanks for your helpful, detailed feedback! While small, this unit rocks everything needed for a great stay. We would have loved the opportunity to work with you during your stay, to figure out a reasonable temperature to leave the A/C set to during the day, for example, or drop off fresh creamers. While the refrigerator is shown in the photos, we've updated the verbiage to be explicit about that size, based upon your input. We never want guests to be surprised upon arrival!
