This guest house is clean, bright and designed for optimal comfort. It is private, in the back of the main house with two separate, private entrances. Luxurious amenities with security measures and ease of use with your own personalized gate and door code. Self-check in with ease no matter how late you arrive. Our walkway and lighting are motioned sensor and well lit. The unit is equipped with technology and entertainment such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, Ductless wall Heat and AC and WiFi.

We booked this guesthouse for a 10 week stay for our college-aged daughter who had a summer internship in L.A. It was safe, comfortable, quiet, affordable, and conveniently located near her work. She only had one issue during her stay (a faulty toilet) that was fixed within hours of alerting the hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better set-up for her needs. We are so glad we found this lovely, cozy guesthouse and we recommend it to anyone needing somewhere safe and quiet to stay in the Sherman Oaks area.

Great Location

Quiet residential neighbourhood in a convenient location. Just a few blocks away from the freeway and close to plenty of shopping. Vacation Rental had all that one would need.

Exceptionally perfect

Came in for a procedure from out of town and this was the absolutely perfect little spot to recover in. Communicated well with the owners. They were on top of any small to big request and accommodated me longer than the initial stay. Would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend this to everyone.

Cute place in a quiet neighborhood

Conveniently located to the 405 and 101 and well appointed, this bungalow is a great alternative to nearby hotels. Off peak, it’s 20-30 minutes to various West L.A. spots.

Beautiful Space!

We had a wonderful time. The space was quiet, clean and comfortable. Having the fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus as well as the full bath. Parking was easy as there were plenty of parking spots. We highly recommend staying here!

Value Stay but Leaky Roof

This location and value was perfect for our last minute Christmas holiday trip to visit family. However, there was a week of rain in LA. The roof was weak and already had signs of leakage. And so we had water leaking on the floor and the mattress which had signs of mildew from previous leaks. The host was very active in trying to remedy the situation, cleaning up the standing water and changing the bed linens as well as placing plastic tarps on the roof. It helped a bit and we appreciated the effort. However, I think some real repairs are needed in the future.

Everything I Needed

This "Lucky House" felt very lucky indeed. The bed was comfy; the kitchen was well stocked; the big window let lots of light in; the owner was considerate; and the neighborhood was pleasant and walkable. I had a perfect little get getaway! I will definitely be back.
