Rental is very clean and well stocked!! Owner left snacks and a bottle of wine ! Anything you could every need is in the kitchen, including a standup mixer. My in-laws live in Conway so we will definitely be back!

Cute, small home

Cute home that had everything you needed, but home appeared bigger in online pics and no real backyard/front yard. I think I overpaid for my stay, but next time I’ll do deeper research of properties. Look for actual pics of home/neighborhood on google maps.

It really an apartment and I thought there was a fence for the dog but there wasn’t. After we got there we found out it is not in the best neighborhood and I have a 10 year old so was nervous. Also not sure why but all soaps were extremely watered dow which I thought was strange. The small bed feels like you are sleeping on a box springs and not a mattress so uncomfortable, I sleep on my side so both of my hips feel bruised. Overall I feel like they did their best to make it look nice and we really didn’t have any issues, just wouldn’t stay again.

There was no response from guest that there was any issue with the property no communication. Our cleaners showed pictures of the unit being fully stocked and clean.

Ok stay but not the best

This was a nice small rental has good potential however it smelled like cat pee and old cigarettes. Also wasn't the cleanest. I had to message to receive the code to get in, it wasn't emailed like it said it would be. There was only two forks to eat with... thankfully there was only the two of us.

Could not even enter

Arrived around 8pm when check in was at 4 pm. Unit had not been cleaned knowing we were checking in at anytime. After waiting hours, we finally had to cancel, and rush around to find a new motel on the 4th of July weekend. When we found one, it was $300 more. Teerible experience.

Fourth of July is a really busy time for any host clean. This was running an hour behind. Yes got there around three and was asking to check in and we asked for our extension. It was willing to work with them however they chose to cancel reservations.

Small but functional

Worked ok for us, we stayed 2 nights. Communication was not very good, I had sent 2 texts one asking how to get in because we would be arriving very late. No response, I sent the 3rd text kinda scared we had been cheated and wouldn't have a place to stay and they finally responded. Carpet needed cleaned in the bedrooms desperately. I was the only one who got a cold shower because I couldn't figure out the handle on the shower lol

Possible scam

Possible scam I booked this property several months in advance. I book a lot of properties over the course of each year and this is by far the most confusing and worst experience I’ve had. We were not able to get a hold of anyone, no one contacted us for check-in and I was forced to find another location to stay for our time in South Carolina. I would highly discourage anyone from using this property.

This is extremely false! This guest never contact us. This is really terrible to come from this guest we’ve been in the business a long time and we accommodate hundreds of guest a year

I enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood/ neighbors were nice. I will say that there was only 1 used roll of toilet paper. I’m not sure maybe that’s standard. There was no sponge for the dishes. No dustpan. The hand soap has a terrible odor. May want to opt for a different brand. There was no laundry detergent. Maybe that is standard. There was a lot of long brunette hair scattered throughout the apartment like it just needed a quick vaccum. The tvs worked in every room. The decode was beautiful and thoughtful.Overall for the price, location, I would stay agin.Especially now that I know what to expect. Thanks for your hospitality and I hope this is view as constructive rather than negative.

Needs better cleaning

We didn’t receive instructions to access the property and the owner didn’t respond to communications. It took an hour on the phone with VRBO who also left messages with owner. The owner called and provided the access code. Arriving for bed, we pulled out the trundle bed. Upon pulling it out, there were no sheets and the mattress was covered in filth and crumbs. (I took pics). We decided to move our daughter to the pull out couch. The couch (cover) was also very stained and dirty. (Again, I took pics.). There was no sheet on it, but we found one in one of the bedrooms. (All mattress covers had rips in them.) Switch plates for lights were dirty (Again, I took pics) and there was a partially eaten gummie bear in the silverware drawer. Wake and door knobs also dirty. (Another pic should anyone doubt me.) we were able to find 4 bath towels in different areas of the house. This review may sound snobby, but we are not picky people. I’m more than happy to share pictures with VRBO, the landlord or others. Had the property been clean we would have had no complaints. If the property had been clean,

Disappointing

When I first got there I had already received an email prior stating that how I would get in was in the email. However when I opened the link, it said that the host had not put in that information. It was after 1030 when I arrived and if I would not have gotten an answer right away I would not have been able to get in. Once inside we noticed that it was not cleaned very well. This was very disappointing because one of the reasons I chose the place was because of its rating for cleanliness. However our feet were super dirty just from walking on the bare floors and the refrigerator inside was dirty, inside the microwave was dirty, and there were hairs on the side of the tub in the bathroom. There were bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower with barely anything in them. There was caked residue from hem in the shelves. With it being this late I had to clean it myself because I didn’t want to be in an unclean area. The following day I got a message from the house stating that the cleaning crew could come back out and re-clean. At this point, they didn’t do the job well in the first place, I don’t want anybody else in the place now that were there with all of our things, and I already cleaned everything so I’m not sure what they’d be doing. I could not get the cleaning fee refunded and the host would not refund any amount of the rental fee. When there is a cleaning fee, one would expect to find a clean and sanitized place as the website said it would be.

Great location for college visit

We went to take a tour of Coastal Carolina and location was great. Only 10 minutes away. Place was clean and just what we needed for this trip.

Nice little place

This is a nice little house just outside of Myrtle Beach. Couple friends and I went down for a long weekend and had a great time. Everything we needed was provided for our stay.
