"Pagosa's Hill Top House" is just minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs, where you can hit up the Hot Springs after a day of hitting the slopes at Wolf Creek. Accommodating up to 14 , the house has a fenced in yard with fire pit and grill. (Pet Friendly) 3,075 square feet with three levels, so plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. A total of 4 bedrooms once you include the downstairs sleeping quarters, 10 beds in all. (Added Oct 23- Privacy Fence, Nov 23- 6 person brand new Bullfrog Hot Tub)

It was a perfect house for 8 people of varying ages and different needs. We all enjoyed the pool table; some enjoyed the fire pit and others the jacuzzi. There were areas that accommodated everyone and quiet spaces for people who needed a moment:). We loved being there…..and the surprise aurora from the balcony was spectacular!!!

Amazing house, absolutely loved the bathroom and the hot water never ran out. The hot tub and back yard were both perfect. Very conveniently located, could have walked to the hot springs if I wanted to. 10/10 experience.

Came for Destination Wedding

I try hard to see the positive in things and there were a lot of positives about the rental. But things just kept building and bummed us out a little. We tried to get a physical address form the owner 3 weeks in advance so we could set up a third-party shuttle to the wedding venue but were told we'd get the address one week in advance. How hard is it to just give us an address? The dishwasher didn't work. It was hot and there is no air but there is a giant ceiling fan that we could not turn on. So we left the windows open. But when it cooled down at night, the heat kicked on and drove us out of the bedrooms and we couldn't adjust the thermostats. We did shut the doors and when the temp warmed back up to 67, the heat kicked off. The freezer door seal leaks so when you shut the fridge, the freezer pops open. not a big deal unless you have kids who want to get into the fridge and don't know to manually shut the freezer door. And then, there was the iron. I used the iron in the closet to press my 90 Joseph A Banks shirt right before the wedding but wax leaked out of the iron and ruined my shirt. That was the final straw that led to this not so glowing review. Location is great. Set-up of the unit was really perfect for our group. But these little details really add up and make all the difference.

Ringing in the New Year!

This was a great place to celebrate the new year! We had our adult children and grandchildren there. The property was perfect! The hot tub was just what we needed after a day skiing. Plenty of space to hang out in the evenings and the location was awesome. The host was there when we had questions.

Roomy Comfort!!

This property was very comfortable with abundant space for our family of four adults and one corgi dog. The three levels were great for each of us to spread out for private time on our own separate levels, yet the two main living areas were large enough to enjoy the TVs and, especially, the pool table all together! The hot tub was greatly appreciated, too. Great, quiet location right near the main Springs attractions! Nice fenced-in backyard for our dog. It was great to have a garage in which to park our vehicle! We enjoyed the two nice balconies, also! Very nice accommodations and everything we needed was provided. Nice gas stove. Largest VRBO we have stayed at, and so easy to set up with the owner! Thank you!

Lots of room to spread out

It was a great place for a small group of friends to hang out. With the multiple "living spaces" and proximity to town allowed for independent options for individuals. Enjoy your stay if you book...note however there is a hill back to the house and stairs inside.

Just About Perfect

This is a very well-stocked home (yay!), that is walking distance to Main Street in Pagosa Springs. There is a huge basement room and bathroom that is garage level; a master bedroom and bathroom that is kitchen level; and a couple of bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. It is a spacious and fun house with a great backyard for a dog or two. There is also a mountain view from the house. We enjoyed our stay here very much, and would certainly stay here again! It doesn’t have A/C so be aware if you are staying here in the summer, it may not be as cold as you like it inside.

Perfect Vacation

Had a great time in Pagosa Springs. The house is located perfectly in relation to everything Pagosa has to offer. Waking up to a surmise and sitting on the porch was a great start to every day. The views were amazing. The house was stocked with all the basic needs and supplies. Great place to stay.

Great stay!

Loved the location of this property and the great amenities including hot tub, pool table, and gas stove. There was plenty of room to cook a large dinner with friends and enjoy the lovely views!
