The modern eat-in kitchen offers all the essential cookware, upscale dishes and seating for 8 as well as a bar with all essentials. Dining room, den with large TV and formal living room downstairs. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, all with plush luxury pillow top queen mattresses, luxurious Egyptian cotton linens and two bathrooms.

This is an amazing house with tons of charm and comfort. Unlike most short term rentals, this home feels like just that - a home and not generic hotel feel. The home is perfect for gatherings of two or three couples or families meeting in Memphis. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with upscale cookware and dishes. There is seating for 10 in the kitchen and the formal dining room seats 8-10. The den is cozy and has a large flat screen TV. All the bedrooms have TVs and updated bathrooms. Nexflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime available on all TVs. There is a deck with seating for up to 10, dining for 6-8 and an outdoor fire pit. In the master bath is a spa room and in-house massages can be arranged for guests.

Please note that this is a seasonal home for the owners and personal belongings are in the master closets, but there is plenty of space for guests to put their items. Empty hangers are available in all closets.
