Once you step through the front gate you will enter the private courtyard covered in natural stone. The large pool and numerous poolside gathering areas will be a favorite amongst you and your guests. There is so much space in this resort style poolside from lounge tanning chairs, to a dining table with 6 chairs, and a large sectional sofa to relax on whether you chose to be in the sun or in the shade there are so many options!
A set of French Doors open into the 1st floor living space with Thermador appliances and beautifully decorated furnishings. There is a large Living room with a large sectional sofa and fireplace, full serviced kitchen including an ice machine, large dining space and a half bath all located on the 1st floor including an elevator.
As you walk through the home to the rear of the 1st floor you will stop through the 2nd set of French doors and are greeted by another outdoor living space complete with a dining area and a living area along with a flat screen TV. Lush green Japanese Yew frames three sides and offers you a choice of gathering under the bistro lights or lounge in the fully screened porch. Outside of the screened in porch is an oversized grill and a large firepit with seating to enjoy the grilling and fire! The gas fireplace which has a "sear" feature heats up to 600 degrees. The grilling area lends a striking complement to the tall windows and abundance of natural light.
The 2nd and 3rd levels host 4 bedrooms, 3 with ensuite baths, a bunk area, wet bar, laundry and 2 outdoor porches. You can have the option of renting just this house or add the carriage house or just the carriage house alone. If you chose to rent only the Carriage House you will not have access to the pool. The Carriage House is nestled above a single car garage. The private quarters are well appointed with a living room, a Queen sofa sleeper, a TV, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a Queen Bed, and bathroom. The Carriage House living room features include a sofa which converts into a queen sofa bed, coffee table, ceiling fan, TV, & TV console that folds out into a table with 2 dining chairs for your use. The kitchenette which is in the living room has a mini frig, sink, microwave, keurig, blender, George Foreman Grill, electric griddle pan, dinnerware/silverware/pots/pans, etc. Does NOT have a Dishwasher! The Carriage House Bedroom is well appointed with a closet and dresser drawers under the TV console (does not have a door. It is all one space), and separate full bath which has a private door.
Enjoy a walk, stroll, or bike ride through Rosemary Beaches quaint shops, restaurants, and green space or over to 30Avenue and Inlet Beach Entertainment. Familiar with Rosemary? We are approximately 0.20 miles or a 3 minute walk from Restaurant Paradis and the S Barrett Square and are 0.25 mile or 4 minute walk to the Inlet beach access. There is plenty to do in this area without ever getting into your car.
