- From 01 November to 31 March, the charges are in addition and are calculated according to your personal consumption from the meter reading on arrival and departure (Water: 5 euros/m3 - Electricity 0.26 euro cents/Kwh).
Heating mode: 7 adjustable and programmable electric heaters as well as a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The apartment is very well insulated but be careful with consumption if you leave the windows open to listen to the sea in winter :-)
The amount of the charges varies a lot depending on your degree of comfort and the weather.

- Deposit of 500 euros managed by the site.
- Cleaning: 60 euros included in the rental price.

We live and telework regularly in this apartment, which allows us to offer you spaces where you will feel at home beyond an impersonal rental.
All you have to do is get off your nest to go for a walk on the beach at low tide, go longe côte at high tide, do activities with the yacht club, embark on a visit to the Seven Islands Archipelago and its gannets, stop off on the island of Bréhat accompanied by seals or porpoises!
From the apartment you can watch your children play on the beach or be in the front row to contemplate the beauty of the sky in constant movement and the flight of birds in good weather or in the middle of a storm.
You can also read on the benches of the magnificent flower garden overlooking the sea and the Archipelago under the palm trees.
You have access to the Thalasso Roz Marine located just opposite!
Directly behind La Résidence, you can discover the coast as far as Ploumanac'h by the Sentier des Douaniers (GR 34).
Defying the laws of balance, huge blocks of pink granite create a unique, lunar setting.
On the moorland as well as at sea, the coast becomes coppery and as if sculpted by the elements.
