Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Champaign and the University of Illinois, it's an ideal Champaign destination. Access is easy via the August Smart Lock keypad. Very nice house

This was a wonderful house to stay in while I was in Champaign to visit our daughter. It turned out to be within walking distance and a good size for us. More of our family will be staying there again in the near future!

Weekend home away from home!

The place was wonderful! We meant to go out on the town but ended up staying in and making cookies because the house was so nice and cozy. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there and the location is convenient for both Champaign and Urbanna venues. Thank you!

The cottage was well appointed and more economical than a regular hotel. The only negative was the temperature. Both bedroom(s) were too warm for sleeping comfortably. We were asked to keep the A/C setting where it was.

Threw together.

There was no face towels. The shower was dirty & the trash didn’t have anywhere to go so it became a smell. As well as the told me put trash on the side of the house, disgusting. There was no dust pan I couldn’t mop. No dish soap.

There were some misunderstandings between the guest and communication. The trash receptacles were on the side of the house, she thought the trash was just meant to be dumped there….that would definitely be disgusting but was not the case. The face towels are in a drawer she was apparently unable to locate. When asked the day after check in if everything as okay she was enthusiastically in agreement and extended her stay by 5 days. I would have been happy to clean anything amiss upon her arrival had she made it known. Guest then contacted VRBO saying she never stayed there and asked for a full refund for her $800 stay. When it was clear she had stayed there and was enthusiastic about her stay during her occupancy the dispute was dropped.

This place was a great home we needed for the weekend! Had all the basic necessities, it was clean and Rin was very friendly and responsive. We would be happy to stay here again!

Nice house within driving distance of everything

This is a nice house, stocked with all the basics, and located within driving distance of everything. The dining room and living room were our favorite rooms as they have lots of natural light. The beds were comfortable although, very low to the ground. It was a little difficult to get in contact with the host, other than automated messages, prior to the stay but great communication within 24 hours of checking in and an easy check-in process. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for something comfortable and clean without frills. I would stay here again!

Good Little House with lots of common space

We chose this house for location (and price) to be near our daughter's house around the time she would be having their first baby. While it just has one bath and two small bedrooms, the livingroom, diningroom and kitchen are great for sharing and visiting. The property owner took care of any issues that came up right away during the month we had it.
