Beautifully Elkhorn Townhome in Fairway Nine Condos near Golf course, Walking-Biking path, Dollar and Baldy Ski Mtn, Sun Valley Lodge, Tennis-Pickleball, Pools, Sauna and Hot Tubs. This 3 bedroom, plus Loft, 2.5 Bath 2,265 sq. ft Private end unit has been updated for Comfort and Relaxation with High Quality King Beds, Chefs Cookware, Custom Artwork, 5 HD Smart TVs in every room. Enjoy the different seasons either with a blazing Fire, hot coffee or a morning mimosa on the deck and appreciate the beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air.

Both Summer and Winter activities provide year round use. Enjoy the worlds best skiing, fishing, hiking, golfing, road biking, mountain biking etc. Elkhorn amenities include discount golfing privileges at the famous Trent Jones designed Elkhorn golf course, free tennis, free use of the Olympic size pools and hot tubs at both the Harker Center and Elkhorn Community Center-Village Pool. The Pools, Saunas, Hot Tubs, Tennis, Golf are great options but can differ on opening dates from season to season depending on weather. Please reach out to find out when these are open during your stay.

The FREE Sun Valley Buses pick up at the top of driveway from your unit to take you to restaurants, stores, Dollar Mtn, Baldy Mtn-River Run and Warm Springs, Ketchum, Sun Valley Lodge and Village, Pool/Hot tub/Tennis/Pickleball etc.

Michael was very responsive, the kitchen was well- stocked, the location is great. There is a shuttle to baldy right across the road and a closet on the porch for gear storage.

great location and a very nice place to use as a home base to see all of the area!

Very nice and convenient property that was clean and well cared for. It is in a bit older group of condominiums but is a great value and I would recommend this property. The owner was absolutely great to deal with!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed here for a weekend in February so we could attend the Share Your Heat Ball, the location was perfect. It was great to stay in a place where you can actually use the kitchen. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids. We will look to stay here again.

Condo was great! Nice communal area to hang out and play games, kitchen was stocked super well, pull out sofa was actually comfortable enough for an adult to sleep on which never happens, owner was super responsive, and the free bus stop was right across the street. Would stay here again We had such a fun ski trip!

Loved it!

This was perfect for our family and friends in town for a ski race. Easy to get to, great parking, short walk to a hot tub. Extra blankets if needed, plenty of cookware and plates etc. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. We would stay there again!

This house is way better than the pictures let on. I almost don’t want to say how good it is because I am afraid it will always be booked out. There is so much room, kitchen is well stocked, great location to Dollar Mt and the bus route. Can’t wait to come back to it!

Nice Condo in a great location

Our stay was in the winter for a ski/snowboard vacation. The Condo was in a perfect location, right in the middle of the two ski resorts. It was a very short 5 minute drive to the Dollar Ski Resort and a short 10 minute drive to Bald Mountain. The primary and secondary bedrooms had king size beds, which made sleeping very comfortable. The third bedroom was great for kids, and had 2 bunkbeds (4 total beds for sleeping). The loft was a great place for the kids to hang out. I would highly recommend this condo for your next ski vacation.

Super Bowl Get-away Weekend

Roomy living room for 6-7 adults to watch the game. Nice dining table just behind large couch so others could watch as well. Depressed wood decor and cool Sun Valley skiing art. Family touches throughout. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Only drawback is upstairs loft guests have to walk downstairs for shower/bath. Would recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful winter stay at Sun Valley

Michael was incredibly helpful in arranging our stay with excellent communication from the day of the reservation. His townhouse is by far the best winter deal in SV. Our family of 9 - age 77-12 - enjoyed the home with plenty of sleeping space. The grill was great even though it was cold. The fire place kept the sitting room warm. The kitchen was well stocked to cook 3 different meals at once. It was a short 10 minute ride to ketchum and River Run skier drop off. The kids used the shuttle to get to the mountain, which was a 5 minute walk. I would gladly stay here again on our next visit to SV!

Great condo for relaxing or home base for fun

Very comfortable, well maintained, homey condo with fun spaces and plenty of room. Friendly attentive owner. As an infrequent Vrbo user, it seems like the price listed was very competitive, however the management fees added on nearly doubled our final expense. It was worth it in the end but I’d rather have known more up front before I started the booking process.
