This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in a serene neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The front porch welcomes you with comfortable rocking chairs, inviting youth sit back and enjoy a morning coffee or evening breeze. Inside, the spacious living area features a cozy atmosphere, ideal for family gatherings, along with a fully equipped kitchen to whip up your favorite meals. There is a Publix grocery store less than one mile away that makes it easy to stock up on essentials ensuring you have everything you need to a hassle free stay.

Bedroom one has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom two has a king-sized bed. Bedroom 3 has two double beds. There are four flat screen TV's, one in the LR and one in each bedroom. With high speed internet to stream all your favorite shows and stay connected during your stay.


Dining table has seating for six, plenty of room for everyone to sit down together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, blender, electric griddle, toaster and more. Everything you need to prepare a lovely meal.

The backyard is a highlight, boasting a covered patio equipped with a fire pit, grill and picnic table, prefect for outdoor gatherings or quiet nights under the stars. The lush green lawn offers plenty of space for activities, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking tranquility and comfort.

Adorable little house that was perfect for a weekend stay! Had everything we needed and was very cozy. Very clean and beds were super comfortable and kitchen was pretty well stocked although we did not do much cooking. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal, which isn’t a big deal but just something to be aware of. Owner was very responsive in making sure that we were comfortable and we did not have any problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Athens.

Dropping son off at UGA

The house is extremely well appointed and nicer than what is reflected in pictures. The hosts provided clear and accurate communication.This place is not in walking distance to the UGA campus but we had to rent a car anyway. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to campus.Backyard has amazing facilities - picnic benches, fire pit etc. I would definitely stay here again and will try to for future visits.

Home away from home

We had a great experience! The house was easy to get to, close to shopping and our event venues. Perfect stay, loved the house and the host was so easy to work with, quickly responding to all messages. We highly recommend this property!!

Great House

This house was great, we didn't get to use the outside because it was so cold out, but it looked really nice. But the inside met all our needs, so nice this really sets the bar for planning to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel on every trip.

Great house with everything you need

Great house with comfortable beds, fully stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. The Internet worked great and I was able to do several work video calls with no problem.

Exceeded our expectations!

The house met and exceeded our expectations. It was a cute and clean property. We were 5 ladies that were in town for a women’s conference and the house was perfect. I will stay here again and recommend to anyone else going to the area. The owner Heather was very sweet and quick to respond to any questions. Lovely place!

Nice Weekend House

Came to town for the weekend for a wedding. This house was perfect for what we needed, so much better than staying in a hotel. Nice outside sitting area, having a carport is a plus if it if raining when leaving. Close to many restaurant options and close to the highway for quick in and out of town. The king size beds are huge and comfortable. Would stay there again if ever coming to town.

Perfect spot for football weekend.

We would stay here again. The owners were kind enough to provide firewood and fixings for smores. The location is convenient to campus and downtown.

Quaint Comfortable Home

Great Experience

Heather provided a great home for us to spend the weekend with our UGA student. House was clean and well stocked for all our needs, with room to spread out, a large yard, and games for the whole family. She was also extremely accommodating during Easter weekend to give us a little extra time together.

Family time in Athens

The house is spotless, ample supplies of blankets, towels, kitchen needs - etc. The yard is perfect for family and friends get togethers.

Great place to stay

We had a great experience at this property—very clean, easy check-in and check-out, very cute/updated. Nice that it has two full bathrooms and also twin double beds in one of the rooms. Worked perfectly for a group of 4 adult friends and you could also easily fit more people. In terms of location, there’s not much walkable close to it in terms of restaurants, etc—at least as far as we tried to figure out—but then again everything in Athens is relatively close. And most of the time we had other destinations in mind. There’s a nice back yard/covered area, too, where you could hang out in warmer weather. Host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Athens.
