Our modern two bedroom condo (just remodeled in 2020) is a perfect place to spend your Sun Valley vacation. With a large open floor plan, the living and dining room will welcome you and your guests to gather together. Lounge in front of the wood burning fireplace, enjoy home-cooked meals from the spacious kitchen, and relax in this quiet end-unit with mountain views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and all the gadgets a home cook would love to have on hand.

A farmhouse-style dining room table seats 8 with extra space to pull up a barstool to the kitchen counter for extra seating.

The living room is furnished with a large sleeper sofa that pulls out to a comfortable queen size bed. Watch movies, tv or your favorite shows on the 50-inch 4k flat screen TV. The smart TV provides easy access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, as well as local channels.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ultra comfortable Purple (brand) mattress. Master bathroom has a modern tiled shower and vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, also equipped with a plush Purple (brand) mattress. Second bathroom has a tub and spacious vanity.

Washer/Dryer in unit. Ski/Snowboard/Golf Club storage space just outside the front door.

We allow 1 well-behaved dog with additional deposit. No parties or special events allowed. Pets cannot be left unattended in the unit and must be leashed on condo grounds.

Lovely Stay

This property has all you need for an enjoyable stay. The decor and finishes are up to date and aesthetically appealing and everything was in great working order. The community is nice and parking was easy. I was a little surprised at the walk from the parking lot to the door with all our gear, but it looks like a fold up wagon was there to use if you had armfuls of things to carry, which was nice. We had to contact the property management and received a quick response to our need and all my communication with the owner was on point. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great Dog Friendly Get Away

We had such a great time! The property was as expected - very clean and in a great location. Our dog particularly enjoyed watching the bunnies and squirrels from the patio window. It was very comfortable and as always Sun Valley is top of my favorite places.

Perfect

This was an awesome place to stay. Great location, close to everything. Clean, up to date, ample supplies (well stocked with nice soaps, shampoo, linen, kitchen supplies, firewood, even had spices and such). The owner was very helpful, and attentive. We stayed in the winter, ski vacation, and the accommodations couldn't have been better. We would definitely stay here again, and for sure recommend it.

Wonderful Sun Valley seclusion

Our 3 day stay in Sun Valley/Ketchum was all too brief but our accommodations made that short stay marvelous. We had our 2 Irish Setters with us and the access to National Forest land was a short 10 minute walk away. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed comfortable. We look forward to our next visit.

Elkhorn Retreat

Every summer, we come to the Sun Valley area. This year, we really enjoyed this condo with our family dog. It was the perfect base camp for all our wonderful hikes. The kitchen was well appointed for all our cooking needs and the condo area was very quiet for sound sleeping. Having two bathrooms with showers was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

This property was exactly what we needed. Clean and well supplied. I would suggest adding a blow dryer to the bathrooms… I have never stayed in a hotel or VRBO without a blow dryer that was supplied for guests and thus, didn’t bring one. Had to use the oscillating fan to dry my hair. I take responsibility for not fully reading the list of amenities though so no deduction in my rating. All in all a great stay! Thank you!

Balanced

This property was very clean and well-kept. On the plus side the property had a great cable TV system and was close to some beautiful places to walk. The kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of extra towels were also supplied. The condo is on the very end of the walkway so quite a distance from the parking lot if you have to carry quite a number of items, which we did. Also, the master bedroom was not as bright as we thought it would be.

Cute condo in great location

Great little condo in wonderful location. Easy access to ski slopes. Really comfy beds. Could have used some more blankets. A hair dryer would have been nice. Also shades on the windows would help with privacy in the morning and evening. We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a wonderful ski getaway!

Condo is exactly as described! Well stocked with everything you'd need. Comfortable beds/ bedding. We loved every minute of our trip and would definitely return without hesitation.

Great Property

Clean, tastefully renovated condo. Everything was great and very comfortable! Only disappointment was that we thought the HOA hot tub would be open based on the listing, but the welcome packet said it wasn't. Not big deal though. Walkway from parking lot was about 100 yards, but there was a handy folding cart that was very helpful.

My husband and I bought this condo so we can spend more time in Sun Valley with our family in the area. I grew up in Ketchum and absolutely love what this town has to offer. It is an extremely special mountain town with a little something for everyone to love. I hope you enjoy it!

We love the way this condo sits near the end of a dead end road, right up against the hillside. It has views and easy access to open space and it feels so relaxing. We hike our dog right out the back door.
