Red Doors began as a dream for Xio and Dax, who grew up in the Pacific Northwest and always imagined having a home in the sunshine of the Southwest.
Wanting a place where their family could gather and escape rainy winters while staying close to relatives, they created Red Doors as a joyful desert retreat.
Xio poured creativity and attention into every detail of the home—from colorful design elements and textures to curated art, custom furnishings, and a thoughtfully reimagined backyard.
More than anything, Red Doors was designed to bring people together.
Growing up, some of their best memories were made around busy tables surrounded by grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends—laughing, telling stories, and sharing great food.
Their hope is that guests feel the same warmth here.
Whether you’re reconnecting with family, celebrating with friends, or simply enjoying time in the Arizona sun, we hope Red Doors becomes a place where memories are made, laughter is shared, and another round of delicious seconds is always welcome.

We chose this part of Scottsdale because it perfectly blends quiet desert living with quick access to everything visitors want to experience. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and beautiful—ideal for relaxing mornings by the pool or calm evenings under the string lights—while still being just minutes from some of Scottsdale’s best spots.
Within a short drive you’ll find Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, two of our favorite areas for outdoor shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s also incredibly convenient to golf courses, Scottsdale’s famous spring training stadiums, and events like the Barrett‑Jackson Auto Auction and WestWorld shows. When we want a bigger night out, Old Town Scottsdale is an easy drive for dining, art galleries, and entertainment.
For us, this location offered the best of both worlds:
a peaceful home base where family and friends can unwind, while still being close to the attractions that make Scottsdale such a fun destination.
