Welcome to Desert serenity !
Surrounded by endless mountain views and the most amazing sunsets, relax in this cozy but spacious private home, located in the community of Ahwatukee, nested in the shadow of South Mountain Park (the largest city park in the US).
The home features a modern living room and formal dining area with high-end furnishings. A large 55’ flatscreen Samsung TV provides optional entertainment when the sun sets behind the foothills. The beautiful mountains and amazing sunsets can be viewed from inside this living area, or from the outside fully furnished patio for even more spectacular views of the environment. The outside dining table offers six place settings on this welcoming and comfortable patio including a Weber gas BBQ grill as well as a separate gas fire pit. Additional sofa’s, armchairs, and a lounge chair provide comfort as the sunsets take your breath away. This place is great to enjoy the sunset, stargazing or waking up with a cup of morning coffee.
Downstairs, next to the living room and dining area, white cabinetry welcomes you into a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with light gray granite counter tops with cabinets full of cookware, serving pieces and anything needed for cooking and meal serving.
Upstairs, you’ll find a relaxing loft which has a spacious and comfortable leather sofa, a large ottoman and a 55’ Samsung flat screen TV. This floor also includes the 3 bedrooms, having all comfy beds, very spacious walk-in closets and views on the beautiful South Mountains, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. The bathrooms feature granite countertops and mirrors with hidden wall cabinets that runs the full length of the countertop. Everything is decorated with a modern touch and blends seamlessly in color.
This three bedroom, two and a half bathrooms home is ideal for the executive on the road for an extended stay, families waiting to relocate permanently, or snowbirds and families looking for an extended retreat in the sun.
This nicely decorated yet practical home is also equipped upstairs with a full size laundry room complete with front-loading washer and dryer.
If required, a laptop/PC friendly workspace desk with all the necessary amenities to be able to work efficiently will be provided (big PC monitor screen, laser printer with supplies…)
Ceiling fans are throughout the home, as is cable TV and high speed wireless internet. You will have access to the entire house (keyless entry door) and a garage door opener will be provided during your stay.

There are so many things to do, places to go, and it's all within close proximity of this beautiful home with breathtaking views. The community is close to the South Mountain’s 16,000 acres of hiking and biking trails for all levels and ages, but also minutes away from grocery stores, shopping malls, bars and restaurants. The home is located 20 min South of Sky Harbor airport and easy access to I-10, I-202 and I-101 which makes it very accessible to destinations like Downtown Phoenix/Scottsdale and all the events the Phoenix area has to offer.

Special Notes:
-During the months of January through March each year, and due to seasonality, the home may only be booked for full calendar months. In the months of January and March this is a minimum of 30 days and and in February this is a minimum of 27 days. We will be happy to answer any questions if you submit an inquiry.
-The pool access is a community pool . There are three pools at different locations, between 4-6 miles each distance from the property, approximately a 10-15 minute drive. Each pool has a jacuzzi, restroom facilities and a rinse shower. One of the three pools is heated in the cooler months.
