Sunshine City Home is newly renovated clean and lots of open space with the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. Bedrooms are furnished with televisions to your own comfort, the best security alarm system in place, and we are just minutes away from downtown entertainment, restaurants and nightlife, the yard space is huge, there is a studio attached, however nothing is shared only yard space.

The house was well maintained and very nice. Check in process was easy and we had very good communication at our stay. Neighborhood was definitely a little rundown but did not take away from the house. Security system in the house made us feel very safe. I will say that there is a resident living in the garage converted to a studio apartment just to be aware but it did not change much of the stay as it’s closed off from the main house.

Truly enjoyed our stay

The neighborhood was questionable when we were driving to the property, but we didn’t experience any safety issues. The house was super clean! The bed were comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels and toilet paper. The house is very large with several sitting areas.

Cool space

Loved the space but it wasn’t in the best neighborhood. We still felt very safe with all of the security measures in place. We will definitely stay here here again!

Beautiful Pet And Person Sanctuary

This property was the most pet friendly I found in booking my trip to Jacksonville and I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house looks exactly like the pictures and has a huge front yard, which my dogs loved. It is the perfect pet friendly vacation rental because we could sit in the rockers on the front porch as we watched the dogs play in the front yard. The property manager is very quick to respond. The inside of the home has all the upgraded amenities, lots a space different sitting rooms, a cute backyard, !3 bathrooms!, a huge master bedroom, and the most comfortable beds /pillows ever. I actually tried to find out the brand so I can buy them for my house. Some may be worried to book in this part of town because it has a bad reputation (I grew up in Jacksonville), but this home is located in an area that is very quiet, with very few other people around (maybe it felt that way because the property was so big). It felt like we had left the city to arrive to a quiet little sanctuary, but we could get almost anywhere in Jacksonville in 15 minutes or less.

The property was very nice

Host was easy to communicate with. House was very clean and homey feeling. One recommendation is some black out curtains in the bedrooms. Overall a fantastic place!

Highly Recommend Vacation Home

Very quite neighborhood not too far from entertainment areas and the beach. Master bed room to die for! And the other bedrooms good enough size. Living room area and entertainment area really nice and spacey. Kitchen and dinning area up to date modeling really nice. Also excluded office space area for quite work space. And lastly huge back and front yard area. Overall loved my stay here

Cozy home away from home

Overall the property was very nice. The home was equipped with all the needed essentials. If I could make one recommendation to the owner it would be to invest in a larger AC unit as the smaller bedrooms and dining room areas were hot even with the ceiling fans.

Great Place, great location

Very well done rental unit. Old Jacksonville neighborhood, very quiet, two minutes from I-95. You can be anywhere downtown in 15 minutes. Huge fenced yard, large front porch, and plenty of space. Perfect unit for our stay.

Perfect for what we needed

Our family really enjoyed our time here. It is roomy, clean and everyone could relax during a staycation. The owner was super accommodating to the special circumstances we were experiencing. It is located near downtown Jacksonville, just be aware that the neighborhood the house is located in is a little more rundown. The house is lovely and it is really secure. We had no safety concerns during our stay. Thanks.

Amazing place to stay

Honestly it was an amazing stay we had so much fun staying there and it felt comfortable and everything was perfect Also it made our first time renting a house for a few days and amazing experience overall
