Newly updated five bedroom just a short walk to the Village of Walloon Lake! Great location with easy access to 131, ski resorts, restaurants and Walloon Lake! Beach and boat launch less than 1/2 mile away! Home features full kitchen and has great new deck overlooking large back yard.
House features three bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor and two additional bedrooms and one bath on the second floor.
Great location just .3 miles from boat launch, restaurants and the beach! In winter, the snowmobile trail is also very close.
*COVID-19 Info: Due to increased cleaning and disinfection requirements, same day rental turnovers are not possible at this time. Also, please understand that some local services and amenities may not be available during your stay. We do our best to limit contact with guests to the extent possible to ensure safety for guests and staff.
Home does have one external security camera that only has access to the driveway. There are no other cameras on the property.

A great place to stay perfect for our wedding at the Walloon Inn. Everything was clean and convenient to downtown areas and shops. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

This was such a perfect property! We came up for a wedding and this was the coziest, easiest house to stay in with my family. It’s the perfect location to Hotel Walloon and Walloon Lake CC. It was super cozy and comfortable and so easy to use - from the TV to the phone chargers (a small perk but I always forget my watch charger!) - it was great. It was super clean and we loved our stay. I’ll definitely try and stay again at our next trip to Walloon Lake! Thank you so much for making it so easy!

Family Getaway

Walloon Lake village home was everything we needed for our family getaway with children & grandchildren. Plenty of beds and room to get around, nice walk to small town and beach, cornhole and other games provided, which all made for a great couple day retreat. The only negative, and by no means our hosts fault, is something they call swimmers itch, which can happen after swimming in the lake. After a shower and some topical anti itch spray/ointments things were better but I believe there should be a sign at the beach warning of this.

Cute and comfortable

This property is so cute and was very comfortable for our group of 8 adults and 1 toddler. It’s close to town and all of the fun things that are in the area. Would highly recommend this home for a larger group wanting to stay somewhere together!

Walloon Family Wedding

Our family of five along with our sister's family of four stayed here for a family destination wedding. The home was newly renovated, cute, and spacious. All nine of us were comfortable and happy. The stairs leading to the upper level are quite steep, something to consider if you have any problem with steps, but It didn't present an issue for us because the kids were upstairs and there are three lovely bedrooms on the main floor! It was a lovely stay and we would definitely rebt again!

Soccer tournament retreat

Great location for a weekend away from home. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and the location was ideal. Being able to walk to the park and shops in Walloon was ideal for keeping the kids engaged and active.

Wonderful property

This is my family’s 3rd year coming here and I cannot recommend this property enough! Perfect location for skiing, spacious, clean, and the owner is extremely responsive. Thank you for another wonderful experience.

Lovely house in a great location

This house was very comfortable and the owner provided for every convenience. All of the furniture was comfortable and in very good condition. The kitchen had every apple and utensil that we needed, there were phone charges everywhere and the bathrooms were spotless and well appointed, including good quality toiletries. The house is located an easy walk to the Hotel Walloon and other waterfront attractions. The stairs to the second floor were a bit steep for older persons and small children. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again when I return to Walloon Lake.

Wonderful Stay with Family

We stayed at this property as a group and had a great time. Very spacious and clean, and the outdoor seating area was a huge bonus. Wish there were blinds on the back patio door and windows for privacy, but overall had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for groups and would stay again!

Walloon Lake wedding weekend!

This home was very clean, comfortable and updated! Lots of room and lots of beds! Kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances and everything you would need. Location was perfect--five minute walk to the Walloon Lake Village. Back deck was also great with patio furniture and a relaxing hammock! If visit here again, we would definitely try to stay here again! Owner was very quick and responsive to our questions. Five out of five!!!

Home Away from Home

This was the perfect place to enjoy a family ski weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all, and nicely updated. The location was perfect- within minutes of the mountain and Boyne City. Looking forward to returning next year.

Must Stay!

My group of friends and I absolutely loved this house. We came to Walton Lake for a ski weekend at Boyne Mountain and found the location was great. We were 10 mins in any direction for activities and restaurants. Stephanie was super nice and the home is very spacious. We were a group of 5 at no point did we feel like the space was too small for us. We are planning to stay at this property again once the weather warms up.
