This beautiful two-story family home in Eagle Idaho was remodeled in 2019 and designed specifically to be a home perfect for a getaway or vacation!

This home will accommodate up to 12 guests (8 adults and 4 children) with rare and amazing features for a vacation rental! This home is less than 1 mile from downtown Eagle and is less than 20 minutes from Boise City Center. This vacation home has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops and a commercial Thor gas range with dual ovens. Food prep is a breeze on the John Boos butcher block island table with wrap around bar. The island bar and lunch bar will comfortably seat up to 8 people and it’s a great place to enjoy the 70 inch smart TV in the living room and still be in the kitchen!

The master suite has a very comfortable king bed with a 50” flat screen TV with Apple TV and the master bath has an extra long soaker tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and a walk-in closet. Upstairs we have two more bedrooms with queen beds in each room and another full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower-tub combo. The bunk room can sleep up to four children on two bunkbeds! The sectional couch in the Family room has a pull out queen bed that will comfortably sleep 2. One of the most unique and really cool features of our home is the hidden gaming room on the second floor. Why not surprise your kids and keep the hidden room a secret until you arrive? This "secret room" is accessed through a bookcase door which thrills kids and adults alike! The gaming room is set up with three 40 inch Flat Screen TV monitors and and we have Playstation and Xbox systems available for your use. Recline back in the gaming room and play any game you want to bring along! Sparklight Cable is available on all of our TV's as well as a TV in the Gaming room! Lots of board games and a game table in the living room. The family room has a large sectional with plenty of seating to watch your favorite sports or movies!

Outside we have a hot tub that can seat up to 5 people. Please note the hot tub only in operation during the cooler months from October - April and is drained From May - September. If you are visiting during those months and would like hot tub use, we would be happy to fill it for a $250 fee. The back yard also has a dining table with an umbrella and will seat 6 and there is another seating area under the gazebo in the center of the stone path custom garden. Enjoy the use of the gas grill barbecue, play darts, or toss a ball around in the grass area of the backyard. The gazebo also has a gas fire pit and a light. The location can't be beat with many attractions very close in proximity including the Eagle Hills Golf course, Bogus Basin Ski resort and Eagle Island State park. Walking paths, hiking trails, bike paths are all around the property and many of our guests comment on how beautiful the Eagle area is.
