Luxury Spring Street apartment located in downtown Eureka Springs. Wood stairs lead to the private apartment, located below The Statton Gallery, a local consignment gallery. The suite is meant as a private luxury getaway, with a King-sized bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, hot tub, and deluxe bathroom with walk-in shower. Whether you decide to tour downtown Eureka Springs or enjoy the view of Christ of the Ozarks from the private patio, this apartment is meant to be an indulgent recluse.

We have been coming to Eureka Springs for over 20 years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was quiet and extremely clean. The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Anniversary Trip to Remember

This property is worth every 5 star review it receives. The location is perfect for all things downtown Eureka. It has been fabulously decorated and comes stocked better than any VRBO we've ever stayed at. The owners are so accommodating and look out for the smallest of details to ensure your trip is perfect. Luxury in the Perfect Location

This is the perfect place to stay in Eureka. The location is excellent, but the apartment itself is the real star. It was immaculate, well stocked, and the decor was spot on. I cannot recommend this rental enough. The check-in and parking were a breeze and it is walkable to any location downtown. Thank you to Jom and Judy for sharing it with the rest of us.

Highly satisfied with this location - the owners are very communicative and this had some of the best amenities we have ever experienced at a location - coffee, snacks, drinks, etc. Everything is fully stocked - kitchen, linens, bathroom products, etc. The suite is beautiful, open with a grand view of historic Eureka. The location is walking distance to the local shops, eateries, etc. Overall, very satisfied and no complaints regarding the visit!

Fantastic Weekend Get-Away

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the NOLA suit to celebrate our 11 year Anniversary. Judy and Jom were absolutely amazing in their hospitality and communication all weekend long. The property is luxurious, exceptionally clean and had everything plus more that we could possible need. The location was great and balcony views from the hot tub could not have been any better. This was by far our favorite stay we've had in Eureka Springs! We will definitely be returning for our next stay.

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and it was the perfect location to explore Eureka Springs for the first time. The property was incredibly clean, we enjoyed listening to the records they had with their record player, the art, the hot tub and the overall ambience they have meticulously curated for their guests. The complimentary snacks, milk, juice, and Prosecco were also greatly appreciated. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Weekend Getaway

Mu husband and I recently spent a weekend away from our young kids at Jom and Judy’s rental. We have stayed in countless vrbo rentals and this one strongly competes for the best. Perfect Place to Explore Eureka

My wife and I go to Eureka Springs yearly as a little getaway. We’ve always been on the hunt for the perfect place that has the amenities and privacy we crave, while also being able to walk to restaurants and shops. This suite is EXACTLY what we’ve spent the last 15 years looking for. The entire place was thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. We were able to chill out on the couch catching up on our favorite shows and playing a board game. We found the couch the perfect comfy spot after wandering around. Tons of food options are just steps away-we particularly enjoyed Rogue across the street and So Good Kitchen just down the road to be exceptional. The bed was comfortable and the hosts thought of everything you might need. Hands down our favorite spot (and we’ve tried many many vacation rentals) and we will absolutely book again.

Anniversary trip 2024

This place was perfect ! We enjoyed everything about this property and the location couldn’t have been in a better spot . The property was stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed. The view was amazing , the hot tub was amazing and one of my favorite parts of this place was , THE TOILET ! Heated toilet seat !!!!! If I had one of these at home I’d never pee standing up again 😂. Thanks Jom and Judy for sharing your property with us , we can’t wait to come back .

Best place to stay in Eureka. Best VRBO Anywhere?

Imagine your very own immaculate world class one bedroom private suite with a hot tub on the balcony, fireplaces in two rooms, a kitchen, and a spa shower. Also, your suite happens to be decorated with amazing art, stocked with OJ and bubbly for mimosas and Nespresso. Now take that suite out of some high rise hotel or apartment building and put just one set of stairs between your place and the super fun streets of downtown Eureka with top notch eats, drinks and nightlife. Book this place and take your person here. Create a weekend you won't forget. They will be very happy with you.

Convenient & Fantastic!

Great VRBO rental. We’ve rented all over the world and this place was one of the best. It was in a great location, with an easy walk to everything in Eureka. The unit was dazzling and we lived the jacuzzi on the deck. If we go back to Eureka Springs again, we would arrange the trip so we stay in this unit.

Best Weekend Ever.

Judy & Jom have designed an exquisite getaway in the perfect location of beautiful Eureka Springs. Their home comes with everything you could ever think of plus so much more. This was, hands down, the most thoughtful vacation rental I have ever stayed in. In addition to the amazing amenities, beautiful artwork and modern design, Judy & Jom are the kindest hosts. Our 2+ night stay came with complimentary champagne which was perfect to celebrate our engagement that took place on their property. Beautiful suite and hosts!

What a perfect gem this suite choice ended up being for us. This was our first trip to Eureka Springs. We were there to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary! Additionally, it was our 2nd trip just the 2 of us. The last time was our honeymoon a decade ago, so this was bound to be special no matter what. Not only was the suite an excellent accommodation for us with the hot tub, record player, beautiful shower, etc., but Jom & Judy as hosts were just put the whole experience over the top. Judy stayed in communication with me for the duration of our stay, giving me advice on some local massage options, ensuring we had somewhere to park, but even took the time to delivery some toiletries when an emergency came up. We have never experienced this level of service and attention. Thank you so much, Jom & Judy, for helping my husband and I create memories that will last a life time. We definitely plan to return!
