Enjoy panoramic views from this luxury approximately 5000 square foot mountain home located only minutes from the Crested Butte Ski resort. This 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home with radiant floor heating accommodates 8 to 12 adults comfortably. The home features an open floor plan with plenty of room for entertaining inside and out.

From the welcoming foyer on the ground level, with its vintage ski lift chair, step around the corner to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a powder room and laundry. This level features a junior master with queen bed, ensuite full bathroom with tub and smart tv. Across the hall is a large guest room with 2 queen beds and a bunk room with 4 bunks. Both rooms are equipped with televisions and luggage racks. These rooms share a hall bath with shower and a powder room. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer.

As you ascend the front staircase to the main floor, you are met with spectacular mountain views. This floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, wood burning fireplace, dining room with a 10 person dining table, bathroom with shower, master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, and a sunken den equipped with television, game/poker table and an impressive supply of family games and books for you to enjoy. The poker/game table also doubles as a 6 person dining table.

The master bedroom on this level features a sitting area, smart television that can be viewed from the bed or sitting area, large jetted tub, steam shower and deck with down mountain and aspen views.

There are three more outdoor decks/patios to enjoy. Step onto the hot tub deck where you find a gas grill, dining table and chairs and an 8 person hot tub and views for miles. From the back door access the side patio and firepit -always accessible in summer, (often not accessible in winter). In the summer this patio sits amid a spectacular field of wild flowers and is furnished with comfortable cushioned furniture. A trail through the wildflowers across the adjacent lot connects you to walk/hike access from Ruby Road. Below the front deck, is a small patio – not accessible in the winter – but furnished and blooming with flowers in the summer.

An entertainment loft with two futons (not a sleeping room) and an office area overlooks the dining room, sitting area and kitchen. Catch a glimpse of Mt Crested Butte from the top of the loft stairs. The back staircase leads to a media room equipped with projection television; Wii; blueray dvd, comfy sectional, old fashioned popcorn popper and 2 giant bean bag chairs. The heated garage is stocked with firewood and a ping pong table.

Our home is a very short drive to the ski resort parking lot (about 1.5 miles or 5 minutes). It is also in the service area for "First Tracks" a free on demand shuttle to the mountain ski area. It is about 5 miles (a 10 minute drive) from the house to center of Crested Butte.

All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and hairdryers; all bedrooms have humidifiers, luggage racks and robes. Large hot tub towels are provided for the hot tub. There is ample parking outside for 4 vehicles. Inclined driveway uphill to home - four wheel drive recommended during winter months, particularly when CB experiences record snowfall Driveway is plowed only when there is 6 inches or more accumulation in a 24 hour period.

The perimeter of the property is monitored with surveillance cameras (back door, driveway, front doorway and front patio). NO PETS ALLOWED
